*Jai's Point Of View*
I saw her running down the street, she was coming towards me: her arms were wide open, her hair was all over the place, covering her face; I couldn't really see her face from where I was standing, but one thing was sure: it was her...and she was running to me, out of all people.
As she got closer to me, I could see her face lighten up and, I swear, she looked -- for once -- genuinely happy. I could read it on her face.
When she finally reached me, she did what I'd never have expected her to do: she wrapped her legs around my waist, her fingertips were tracing my facial features. She caressed every single inch of my face, then she started leaving small kisses on my cheeks and on my neck, and I let her do it. I didn't even stop her from pressig her lips against mines; I felt bad for even letting her move her tongue in sync with mine, but I couldn't help it, it felt too good to ruin it.
And maybe, just maybe, I thought, she really wanted me as much as I wanted her.
So I did what my body and my heart were telling me to do, trying not to listen to my stupid brain: I put my arms around her back, pulling her even closer to me; she let out a little moan, which only made me want her more and more. She never really stopped to kiss me, and I didn't want her to stop. At some point I lost it, I had to bring her home otherwise it would have gotten really awkward, since we were in the middle of the street.
I let go of her waist and she stared at me in disappointment for a second; fuck, she knows, I told to myself as I smiled, trying to look as innocent as possible."Why would you do that? We haven't kissed like that for a while! And I have missed you so much, you know" she smirked at me, blinking twice, trying to look angelic. She looked like an angel, she always did; some people may deny it just because she hasn't got the "angelic blonde hair and blue eyes" but to me, with her brown hair, pale skin and her beautiful hazel eyes, she was more than an angel.
"I-I'm sorry" I mumbled "I just thought that maybe you want to go home and if you really can't help it we can kiss like that at home" I smiled to myself, proud of my reference to her previous sentence. Luke would have done that, too."Alright...or maybe we could go out for dinner?" she asked, looking straight into my eyes.
"I would like that, too" my cheeks were on fucking fire and I couldn't do anything about it, fucking hell.
"Aw you're blushing! I have the cutest boyfriend in the world" she started to laugh at me and I was okay with it, as long as I was holding her into my arms.
"Shut up" I said, a big smile growing on my face. Why didn't I shave this morning? She usually likes a shaved boyfriend more than a bearded one, fuck, I thought...but then I remembered: I hadn't seen this coming.
"Make me" she put her tongue out at me...Lord, would I have kissed her.
I took her hand and guided her to the car while she told me about the past three months, which she spent in Italy.
She told me about the weird italian people, about her huge house, about Rome's dope downtown. She even told me about the guys who tried to ask her out.
"But I didn't cheat on you, I swear. I wouldn't do that, not to you. I love you way too much" she ressured me.At this point, I knew I was crazy. I was crazy for her but, most of all, I was crazy because I kept doing shit that only got me into deeper shit and trouble. But I couldn't stop, not now.
What the heck are you doing, Jai? Are you even aware of the consequences you will have to face if you keep doing this shit, right? My mind wouldn't stop telling me how much of an idiot I was. But I wasn't giving up, not now, not ever.
