day one; nightmares

Day one;

Brandy's POV;

Once i hit the ground i saw blood pouring out of the two holes in my neck. The figure slowly approaches my weak fragile body. I cover my neck with my hand and crawl to the nearest house as the figure follows me. An old lady helps me off the floor and covers my wounds, i thank her and tell her that something was following me, when she raises he lip intending, to show me her fangs. ********************************************************** I scream and wake up safe and sound in my twin bed my mom storms in "Why are you screaming?!" she asked trying to catch her breath.. " I just had a bad dream, what time is it?" i ask her yawning. "Quarter to ten" she states."okay, ill be ready in like twenty minutes, wanna go get breakfast? On me." I state.. " I cant" she says disappointed, " I need to go into the office."okay" I say, "Maybe we can go to lunch soon for some mother daughter time I'll just call Ryen and see what she is doing."

on the phone; Ryen ( brandys bff )

Ryen: Hello?

Brandy: Hey! what are you doing today?

Ryen: I'm just dropping my brother off at his friends house, and coming home to get ready for a date.

Brandy: I totally forgot you are a couple months older than me, so you can drive! how did the test go?

Ryen: Good, I passed, but good luck with your left hand turns.. they are hard!!

Brandy: Omg I totally just ignored the fact that you said "going on a date" WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? WITH WHO??!?! TELL ME ALL THE DETAILS!!:)

Ryen: My bed. and yeah... sooo. yeah..

Brandy: Oh, I mean same. BUUUT seams how you're not doing anything, wanna go out to breakfast?

Ryen: Sure, pick me up in twenty, I'll be ready.

Brandy: Sounds good.

Ryen : Bye

Brandy: Bye

Twenty minutes goes by and I see something in my car, a kitten with a bow and a note around its neck. I slowly opened the door and grabbed hold of the kitten and read the note.

" This is Lucky take care of him or you will have bad "luck", good things, are coming your way, take advantage of them,have a horrible day Brandy Parker.

- J"

I stare down at the note and read it over and over as if i'm studying for the hardest geometry test. I bring the kitten inside and ask my mom too watch over it, while I get all the food, litter, etc..
