Two races, two enemies... the empire of powerful beings, fighting for "good and righteousness" and the wild creatures in the darkness, weilding amazing magical abilities with no moral compass.
They have fought as long as they have existed, constantly rageing at war. The creatures baptizing their young to please their gods, making them almost invincible. The empire searching for their weakness for years, using all their troops to simply defend and hide their people, until they found that precious Crystal, their one weakness.
The empire mass mined the Crystal, crafting weapons for all soldiers and finally rose above the creatures, sending them hiding in the shadows.
They prayed to their gods once again, who created giants rifts across the land for the creatures to travel through to a different world so they could be safe from the empire. But soon after they left, the empire found the rifts, travelling through to destroy all of the creatures.
Eventually, news spreads of an extremely powerful being, said to be immune and unaffected by the Crystal. Panick strook in the empire and the soldiers were sent out in disguse, searching for this powerful being, killing all people in this other world who got in their way.
The creature is said to be hidden in a highschool in this new land, but it is not certain so the empire sent two incognito soldiers to find it and destroy it, killing anyone who gets in their way or gets suspicious and if all fails, kill all students and teachers because they can not risk this being escaping and attacking the empire..
