I'm too basic for him

I phoned Henry and he arrived within 10 minutes and took me back to my apartment. When I got back it was 4:30 in the afternoon. I decided to go find somewhere I could buy some food for dinner. I went to the Starbucks I was at this morning then went searching for a supermarket. I came across a place called 'Marks & Spencers' and managed to get a pepperoni pizza and a box of chocolates for later. Once I got home I changed into my tiger onesie and put my pizza in the oven. I sat on the sofa placing the oven timer on the side table. I flicked the TV on and changed over to the 6 o'clock news. I sat almost hypnotised by the TV, carefully concentrating on each different news story. I jumped as my phone buzzed. When I saw 'your favourite member of Union J' displayed on the screen a grin spread across my face. The text said,

'Hey Caterina

If you haven't already worked out from the name, It's JJ here. Just wondering if you maybe have some spare time you would want to go out for a coffee?

JJ xx'

I quickly replied with my easy answer.

'Hi JJ

I would love to go for a coffee, I'm busy in the mornings but free in the afternoons, when are you free?

Cat xx'

Once I'd ate my pizza I watched this program called Eastenders, it seemed very over dramatic. I only made it half way through the program before I became extremely bored. I decided to go up stairs and pick out an outfit for coffee with JJ. He texted me back a while ago telling me he was free tomorrow afternoon so we agreed to meet at the Starbucks we first met at.

I searched through my wardrobe of clothes I'd taken with me from America. After a lot of deliberation I decided on a white knee length summer dress, white and cork wedges and a cork colored purse.

I don't even know why I'm making a effort for this JJ probably just wants to get to know me as a friend, he's probably just interested because I'm from a different country. Why would someone as perfect and charming as him go for someone so basic like me. I'm too basic for him.

UGHHHH!!! I'M SOOO SORRY GUYS :-((( my updates recently have been so slow and when I do update they are awful and short! I've just been so busy lately but I promise to try and get back to normal updates as soon as possible.
