Marcus - Final Chapter

Tris POV :
Today my mom has invited Tobias and his dad Marcus over to dinner to talk about our break up and his dad doesn't know ! My mom is the chef my dad is the guy that just sits and talks and I just let the ' guests ' in ! My mom is making for starters popadoms and this sauce with a kebab and for main course we're going to have lamb curry and dessert is a chocolate fondue!

~ The Dinner ~

The door bell rings , I answer it . " Hi you must be Mr . Eaton and his son , please come in . " I say , then they thank me and come in and sit at the table . " Beatrice why don't you show Tobias your books ! Or maybe give him a tour around the house ? " says my dad , I nod . I show him my books , " look Tris I'm sorry ! Please forgive me , We can talk about this together . " says Tobias , I just carry on telling him bout the books .

Marcus POV :
So I found out Tobias has been rude to one of my friends daughters , well he will pay when he gets home and extra chores for him tonight! " Oh well I'm sure they will join back together once and for all Andrew , I have loved your food , thanks , bye nice meeting you and your amazing family! I say " Tobias get down now please ! " , then Andrew says " Bye see you next time my good friend ! " we leave . When we get home I get out my belt and whip Tobias , until he learns his lesson ! " You will apologise to Beatrice and you will make a great relationship and then she can be my slave ! " I say
" your using her for slavery ! Why are you so cruel ?!" Screams Tobias , I whip him harder and he shuts up , after he goes bed !

Tobias POV :
Omg I'm scared , what shall I do ? He wants Tris to be his slave ! I have to follow his order ... What will happen to me when he has Tris , he will probably kill me ! I text Tris
Hi Tris I need to tell you something important, something Marcus has planned about YOU - 4
What ? - T
He wants me to marry you so you can be his slave ! - 4
What ?! - T
He told me to do it and if I don't he will hurt you ! I can't let that happen ! - 4
Ok pack your stuff Come to my place , you need to hide ! I'm reporting this to the police ! - T

Well now Tris  is safe I'm going to her place , to live there until my dad gets arrested! I arrive and I climb her window , "hi umm well where am I going to sleep ? " I ask, " Nice try , but no , you're sleeping on the floor ! " she says pointing to the ground ! Wow that's an amazing place to sleep! " Tobias . " says Tris , " uh yeah ! " I say
" I love you , do you love me cuz if you do I will take you back and you can sleep with me! " she says I nod , she smiles and we sleep together . I haven't told her Marcus beats me with a belt yet ! I will tell her in the morning .

Tris POV :
*yawn * " good morning Tobias ! " I say half asleep . " Hi Tris , I need to tell you that my dad beats me with a belt and makes me his slave ! I don't know why. " Tobias says , I'm shocked and speechless. Well me and Tobias are reporting the police , the next minute you know the police are outside the door ! " Hi yes if you just follow my car I will show you to Marcus's house ! " I say , " Thank you ma'am , " we're terribly sorry you got abused by your dad " they say looking at Tobias , we just show them and they needed ' evidence ' and we showed him the evidence and they arrested him and Tobias has to go to the court next month because there is a trial !

1 month later

Today is the day of the trial . " Toby put on a suit not any random clothes ! Look smart ! " I say , he laughs and he goes and changes . Tobias comes down he looks really smart ! I am just sitting on the side of the court room , I have nothing to do with it.

~ Trial Starts ~
Tobias POV:
  " Tobias Eaton please tell me your side of the story . " says the old judge guy . " well this all started when I was 10 , he started to beat me with a belt and sometimes he used to come home drunk and beat me up for no reason . It was like a prison , all I am saying is that it would be better if I was in the hands of Tori because she is kind and caring and always loves it when I come and visit her once a week especially when she is ill , Tori is like a mother to me! " says Tobias innocently , Tori and Marcus and my mom and dad and me are at the trial . " Marcus Eaton please explain your side of the story !" Says the judge . " ok your honour , well I would never do anything to harm my son I really love him and I think he is wonderful and kind hearted , I don't think Tori should take care of him because I hardly know her and I would never give my lovely child to a person I don't know! " lies Marcus. Well then we wait for a bit and all the jury's talk about it .

1 hour later

" well we have seen the evidence that he has been injured and why would Tobias Eaton hate his father if he loved him ! So we are choosing to arrest Marcus Eaton in a very special jail in Japan and Tobias Eaton may enjoy the future with his foster mother Miss Tori ! " says the judge , we all jump up and cheer and they take Marcus away , forever! " well Beatrice Elizabeth Prior, will you marry me ? " asks Tobias proposing to me I find it cute ! " Yes I will " I say then we kiss and then next 2 months we get married and have kids !
