Now we both were in the principal office. I knew Megan wasn’t going to get in trouble. Mrs. Caldwell would try to find some way to blame everything on me. Megan just kept her mouth shut and I was just sitting there with my arms folded in my lap looking out the window.

The office is not any bigger than the class rooms. There just a book shelf and a wooden desk in the middle of the room.

“Who hit who first?” Mrs. Caldwell said pacing back and forward behind her desk. Mrs. Caldwell is just this mean middle aged woman who doesn’t even try to make this school any better. Who knows why she is always mad, maybe because of her annoying daughter.

“Demetri hit me first.” Megan said pointing at me.

She had a napkin over her nose with her head tilted up. Megan knew that nothing serious would happen to her. She was just being over dramatic like always.

“No I didn’t! She pushed me out of my chair!!!” I yelled.

“But you did hit her first.” She said.

“Yes but-”, I was saying but then she but me off.

“No buts! Why did you break Megan nose and put paint all over her.”

“What do you not understand? I broke her nose and put paint all over her because she pushed me out of my chair and tried to hit me. Do you understand or do I need to say it even slower?”

I knew what I was saying was most likely just going to get me in more trouble, but hey I was probably getting kicked out away. Might as well make my last day here worth living, right?

“Don’t you talk back to me you got yourself into this mess, this is no one else’s fault, but yours. You said she tried to hit you, but she didn’t.” She said.

And there she goes finding away to blame all this all me once again.

          “Yes.” I mumbled.

“Demetri the last time you were in my office I told you that if I see you one more time in here then you were going to be kicked out of my school. And here you are again so now you’re leaving.”

“What! NO! You can’t make me I’m not going.” I said folding my arms over my chest.

“Your right I can’t make you go, but your sister, Thaila, already signed the papers.” She said with a smile on her face.

I was just sitting there puzzled. Why would my own sister do that to me? Were we not supposed to be family?

“You can go now, but Megan stay here.’’

I got up from my chair and walked out. Kim was waiting outside.

“What did she said?” Kim asked.

“She told me that I’m kicked out of her school and now I have to go to somewhere. And if that’s not bad enough Thaila already sign the papers for me to go.”

“Dude I feel sorry for you. How are you going to tell the guys?” She asked concerned

“Wait you didn’t tell them already?”

“No, why would I do that?”

“Then where did you run of to?”
