Hey, Will! I need some help. Bill is haunting my dreams. Got any ideas on getting rid of him?

I've never haunted anything, so I wouldn't know how to do that, but you should try something that he doesn't like; in you dreams at least.... Maybe something like that BillDip stuff you mortals keep on about....  Or something even more disgusting to him.
