My dad approaches the gate of my jail cell looking furious like never before, and walked back to the front center.

"Mr Ryan, your father's here to pick you up kid." The cop said while opening up the cell.

I walked out meeting my dad at the front center signing papers.

"That's all?" My dad asked handing the lady back the papers
"Yes sir that's all, have a good evening" the lady said taking the papers

On our ride home my dad didn't speak to me at all, it was just awkward silence. Soon we made it home, I got out the car and went upstairs and shut my door.

*Dad's POV*

''Man i'm so sick of that boy, i want to choke the--

''Hun calm down okay, i know he's been a pain and ignorant but we can do this we just have to be patient and handle him well." says Mom

"Handle him?! what do you mean handle him, we cant handle him period because he doesn't listen to anything we tell him to. It's just pointless even trying anyways, we can't do this anymore we're going to have to let him go. Says dad, looking away with frustration.

Narrator's POV: UH OH!!! sounds like Ryan blew his time up. he keeps on disobeying his mother and father, that's not good at all. You know when you do that there's nothing good out of that. you have to obey your mother and father no matter what because that's what they are there to do. God wants us to honor our mother and father because they show us how we will need to live as an adult. he gave us parents for a reason so be proud of it and treat them with the respect you want back. Honor your mother & father.

"No we can't just send him away, how is he going to grow up without us?" argues mom

" it won't matter either way you know why, because he showed us he doesn't need us so he live without us!" yells dad

"with who derek!!!!" yells mom

"i don't know okay!!!!." yells dad

*Ryan's POV*

While going downstairs i over hear my mom and dad arguing. my dad saying he should let me go. go where, does this means he's going to kick me out? I began to get really upset not knowing what to do next. I walk into the room starring at both of them, not letting them notice me.

"we can just let him stay with his aunt and uncle, they are good people i know they'll take care of him" says my mom

"is this it? you're getting rid of me!" i say raising my voice startling my mom a bit.
my dad looks the other way not wanting to look at me.

"SO WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO IGNORE ME!!!! ANSWER THE DAMN QUESTION!!!" I say furious than ever.

"son lower your voice please" my mom says

"NO I WILL NOT LOWER MY VOICE I SAID ANSWER THE STUPID QUESTION NOW!!" I yell, punching the wall revealing a whole in it.

suddenly i feel something pick me up by my neck and slams my body against the wall with me wincing in pain.

"you will not raise you voice at your mother, i will knock your brains out til you can't even function or think about raising your voice at anyone period. you will respect  us and this house, you don't run nothing around here so don't act like it. do you understand me!?" my dad says tightening his grip around my neck and slightly pushing my onto the wall harder i could see the Frustration in his eyes and voice.

i didn't say anything i just looked the other way

slamming me against the wall making me wince loudly in pain. "Look at me when i'm talking to you, i said do you understand me!?" my dad says.

i nod my head

"now you will go up those stairs and pack up all of your stuff and bring it down to the car i'm dropping you off to you aunt and uncle's house, you will stay there for 3 years or longer depending on your attitude. i better not hear another word out of you, you go up there and do what i told you to do and get in this car. you understand me?" my dad says in a firm voice

i nod my head
He lets me go drooping me to the floor, i could barely stand up, i was in pain. i went upstairs and packed all of my things my laptop, hygiene clothes, shoes and jackets and beanies. tears streaming down my face thinking how my dad is getting rid of me. i just can't believe him after everything i did he can just suck it up and keep me. but i guess not huh... i finished packing up and i took my bags down to the car and went back in the house to go wash my face. i wipe my face and i grab my phone and ear buds and i go downstairs to the car. i guess my mom went to her room.

"ryan here, i want you to take this." my mom says.

she was holding a brown leather book, it had the word Bible across the front cover. no she doesn't think i'm really going to read this book does she, i chuckle to myself inside.

"it's a bible you'll need it, you might not want to read it right now but just one day pick it up and read it. the questions you may have has all of the answers in here just trust and believe it will change you and your life. believe me i know" she says placing the book in my hands and walking me out the door.

"bye ryan make sure you go to school and behave, and get good grades for me i love you byee." my mom says waving at me. i wave back and i get in the car. my dad gets in and starts the car and pulls out of the driveway and drives off.

"this is going to be a very long ride to buckle up and relax, they live all the way in Patterson" my dad assures me

while on the road i was thinking about what my mom told me. me reading this bible it will change me and my life....will it really? i mean come on it's just a book. Does it really mean that much, i mean it's just a leather book with the word Bible on the front of it. well it's my Decision so i guess i don't know....
