McKenzie Sparky was walking to her friend's house when a storm began brewing. This tornado like occurrence frightened her so she sprinted to her friend Amanda's house. When she got there Amanda was sitting quietly next to her bookcase looking frightened. She would not speak but her eyes kept wandering over towards her room. McKenzie walked into Amanda's big room covered with beige paint that did not help with how McKenzie was feeling. It only intensified her anxiety. As she walked in she searched the room for anything suspicious that could frighten Amanda. She peered in cracks in crevices like under the bed, on the windowsill, and finally... Behind the bookcase. There lay something that was foreign to McKenzie. A small crate hidden under a blanket as if Amanda was trying to hide it or ,out of instinct, threw it on the crate. The crate looked mysterious. It was about the size of a throw pillow or a small box TV or maybe even a small window that you might find in a dark classroom. She opened the crate and the hinges creeked, and she figured out that Amanda had already opened it. Laying on top was a small golden key about the size of a teaspoon. It lay on top of a piece of paper that separated the key from anything underneath. She removed the piece of paper revealing journals letters. McKenzie read the first sentence and dropped the book.
Underneath her the open pages read the words The Book of Mystery page 1 Map to the Holy Grail. McKenzie ran back home not to be heard from for over a month, but I haven't heard from her since that day. Yes m,it is me Amanda, and this is the story that all started from a warm summer day room clean out.
As I saw her rush out I realized it was foolish to sit and think so from then on I would just do. So the next day I read every single journal all about the holy grail. I truly believe these were the books of the king. I believe these were the books of my Lord my,my God,the father of Jesus Christ who created man who inspired the author through divine inspiration to write about this. I was about to uncover unknown research unread by anyone but me,the author and partly McKenzie.
