Our heroes now make their way to the pokemon lab to receive their first pokemon wondering what they will pick.

Elli: As Elli and Trystan raced to the pokemon lab Elli wondered what pokemon she would chose. As they walked down the road the pokemon lab came into sight "well we're here!"
Trystan gasped trying to catch his breath, "The pokemon lab!" Elli said nothing but walked in, she was too taken aback by the thought of getting her pokemon to speak. As they walked in Elli and Trystan's mouths dropped open at the sight of the lab. It was huge with about five lab assistants. One was working on a fossil of an ancient pokemon, two were working with the starter pokemon, and the last two were just recording notes. Trystan and Elli walked up to a woman recording notes, "hi!" Trystan chirped "we are about to be pokemon trainers! Do you have any suggestions on what pokemon to get?" The woman turned to them she had light brown curly hair in a messy bun and she ajusted her glasses before she spoke "well I don't really have a preference but maybe a charmander! The guy over there hates charmanders! And I freaking hate that guy!" She had a malicious grin on her face as she stared over at the other guy collecting notes. Trystan and Elli slowly inched away from the crazy lady and went to talk to the other guy. "Hey kids!" The man chirpped as they walked over, "what pokemon are you going to get? A bulbasaur right?" Trystan grinned and winked at Elli "actually I wanted to get a charmander!" The man looked slightly ticked off "whatever man, see what happens if you leave your charmander out in the rain!" He pouted. Trystan's expression was filled with horror "that was so mean!" Trystan whimpered Elli pat his back comfortably. A voice echoed through the huge lab "hey!" Trystan and Elli turned around to see a girl that was about 14 or so, two years older than them. She wore a lab coat and jeans. Her hair was long, blonde and wavy. "I heard you two need a pokemon."
