The Hike

It was the hike up to Niagara Falls, a long, painful, slippery way up, but the Tenkai Knights knew they could get up.

"Toxsa hurry up!" Ceylan said impatiently, "you need to exercise your legs more often" Chooki commented, "I'll make sure to put that on my bucket list!" Toxsa panted.

"Okay class. We're at the top!" Mrs. Yumi, there teacher cried out in joy. Each of the kids lined up along side the fence, preventing them to touch the waters of Niagara. The four knights wanted to get a closer look at the falls, so they went to the area that had an unlockable fence. "At least you know how to pick locks Cey" Toxsa complimented, carefully sitting on the edge of the cliff.

"Guys I've touched the water to many times, I think my fingers are going numb" Ceylan said "that water is FREEZING" "well we should get heading back to the group." Guren suggested. As the four got up to head over to there class, a dark shadow looked straight at them. "You guys see this to, right?" Toxsa asked, the other three nodded. The shadow slowly walked up to the four, pushing Toxsa and Chooki out of the way and pushing Guren and Ceylan off the cliff. Ceylan latched onto the cliff's edge and onto Guren's wrist, the other two wanted to shriek something but didn't know what to say. Chooki ran over to get Mrs. Yumi. "Mrs. Yumi!" Chooki yelled "what is it Chooki?" She asked politely "somebody pushed Guren and Ceylan off the cliff!"

Mrs. Yumi, with concern on her face ran over to the cliff's edge, but a barrier kept anyone from getting within the area. The dark shadow them faded away, and the barrier the went away. Dashing towards the edge of the cliff, they didn't make it, Guren and Ceylan where no where to be seen. The edge of the cliff was singed off, as if it was sliced off or dissolved. "Mrs. Yumi. What direction is the Niagara River currently flowing?" Toxsa asked. "North-East"
