I woke up to the Suns rays blinding me through my window. I grumble and slowly roll out of bed. I slowly walk to the shower which instantly woke me up, and then it hit me im going to Hawaii today. I quickly run out of the shower careful not to slip. I put on a black and white tank top with light blue skinny jeans with rips in them. Then I put on some black boots that almost reach my knees. I walk over to the bathroom and put on a light touch of make up and do a side platte. I walk over to my phone to check the time which is now 8:30 am and I have the weird habit of always checking the temperature which is now 9 degrees. I can't wait to get out of the cold weather. I quickly pop on a black leather jacket that's fluffy on the inside to keep me warm and walk out to go get some breakfast. I walk down and their is my mum who is whipping up some pancakes with Maple syrup. "Hey honey how did you sleep "she says in a chirpy voice. I don't know how she is so energetic in the morning, I guess we will never know. "Good "I say, where is Justin ( my brother ). Must be still sleeping I guess me and my mum both roll our eyes. I quietly creep up the stairs and open the door to Justin's room. I go right up next to his bed the lean Down right by his ear and yell....... JUSTIN!! WAKE UP THERE IS A FIRE!! He bolts up and falls out of bed in panic. He looks around and stops when realisation hits him. He looks at me and because I know him to well I know he wants to get me back so I jump up and start to run to the door while laughing like a maniac which may I add is really hard. Before I make it out the door Justin grabs me by my arm and starts tickling me ( which has always been my weakness ). I scream out laughing and begging him to stop. He stops momentarily and says I will stop as long as you say I'm the most awesome person in the world. I look at him with attitude in my eyes and yell never !! As I did that before he could comprehend what was going on I kneed him in the stomach and ran out of the room before he could stop me. I ran down stairs as fast as I could because I could hear Justin right behind me. I Ran to my mum for protection, "both of you stop running in the house"
. Me and Justin stopped in our tracks and looked at an angry mum, she can be really nice but when she wants to she can look like the she devil ready to take you to hell. We both sat down to eat our yummy pancakes. We both scoffed down our pancakes and went upstairs to pack the last of our stuff. After a few more hours of waiting my mum calls me down stairs to go to the airport. I grab my bags and lug them down the stairs to the car. Once all our bags were in we made our way to the airport I could barley contain my excitement for the trip.
After a long and agonising trip ( it was actually only 30 mins drive but it felt like forever) we finally arrived at the airport, we were met by my friends and my brothers friends. We all said our good byes to our parents most of the mums were in tears, which automatically made me tear up. Our plane was called in for boarding so with one last good bye we all headed to the plane. Me and zoella were next to each other because all our parents made sure we were each next to at least on of each other. We went to our seats and unfortunately I didn't have the window seat zoella did. We took our seats and we were already non stop talking about how fun this trip was going to be ligit couldn't wait, then all of my excitement vanished when I saw who was sitting next to me. Blake Riley aka the guy who I bumped into yesterday. He looked at me mirroring the Same expression I had on my face. Well great this is going to be a fun plane ride, I'll just have to talk to zoella and not focus on the person right beside me. Wait then it hit me he was on the same plane as me and the same age as me and was going to Hawaii...... He was one of my brothers friends and was going on the trip with us. Great just great I guess I'll just have to ignore him for a whole 6 weeks. Just as I was thinking that Blake snapped me out of my thoughts, "hi "he said looking extremely nervous. "Hi I said sounding as emotionless " hi " I say trying to look as emotionless as I can. "Look we got off to a bad start yesterday let's start again". I smiled and gave him a small nod in agreement. He put out his hand and said, "hi my name is Blake and you must be Justin's little sister Kate "."You are correct "I say with a polight smile. After that we just made small talk. I would be talking to zoella but she's past out already, I mentally roll my eyes at her. I decide to make the trip go faster I plug in some head phones and listen to music. The song bad blood by Taylor swift comes on and the next thing I new I was asleep. I wake to a loud voice which I think at first is my alarm clock but then I realise I'm sitting up, then the realisation hit me that I was on a plane on the way to Hawaii. I slowly opened my eyes wondering what my head was resting on and realise I fell asleep on blakes shoulder. I try and get up softly hoping he was asleep and didn't realise but to my disadvantage he was awake and smiling at me. "Have a nice sleep" he says while silently chuckling. I give him a playful glare and turn to zoella who is laughing at me. I glare at both of them and then look up to see that the seat belt sign was on. We must be starting to descend, so I quickly buckle up and sit back in my seat. The next thing I hear is
Good morning ladies and gents. I trust you all had a good flight. Right now if you look out your window you will see Hawaii. Please buckle your seat belts as we descend down to the Hawaiian airport.
I panic I have a fear of planes when their going down and usually my brother is hear to comfort me. As soon as the plane starts to go down I grip the seat. Zoella looks at me, "are you ok "she says looking concerned. "Yeah fine just fine except the small fact I have a fear of planes going down "I say with sarcasm in my voice. Zoella tries to calm me down but I want my brother only he knows how to calm me down. Then someone taps me on the shoulder, it was Blake. Look he says to me how many planes have landed here do you think he says, I shrug my shoulders still grabbing the seats. "We'll probably millions now "he says while dragging out the word millions. "So right now all you need to do is take your mind of things "he says with a comforting smile. I nod my head, he smiles at me and says tell me a bit about yourself. "Well there is not much to know I say in all honesty". I highly doubt that he says. Well my favourite colour is purple, I love sports, I wanna be a marine biologist when I'm older, i love dogs and dolphins the most but I love most animals and I have never been out of Australia. As I finished I felt a thud I looked around panicking. But I had been to distracted to notice that we have landed. I looked to Blake who had a sly smirk on his face which made me laugh. I guess this is it we are in Hawaii this is going to be so much fun.
