The rest of our food arrives, and everything tastes like heaven.
"I don't know if I can eat dessert!" I laugh.
"Same," Cody chuckles, grinning. Celine takes away our empty plates, and Cody looks at me.
"What?" I ask him, blushing.
"Nothing," he replies, blushing, too.
"What?" I laugh, covering my face and peeking at him through my fingers.
"I'll tell you later," he replies as Celine brings us our dessert. Cody puts the gelato in the middle of the table and hands me a spoon. We share the gelato before going on to the tiramisu.
"I can't believe how good this food is," I gush, taking another bite of the tiramisu.
"I know, right," Cody responds, beaming at me. We finish off the food in no time, and Celine takes away our empty dishes.
"How was the food?" she asks.
"It was absolutely amazing!" I say, grinning.
"It was," Cody confirms, making Celine smile.
"Enjoy the rest of your night," she says before leaving.
