One of the things one is I worked on something like you can go to bed and try doing some homework that's a really good thing I'm not sure if that will work for you but it sure did work for me I passed out he he. Another thing that helped me go to bed why I drink warm milk I know that something that everybody's like oh drink warm milk but yeah it might work for you in my phone all depends how your brain and stomach goes through long story him another thing is you can ,well if you sleep with a nightlight then this might not work out for you but it sure does work for me because you can close your door and try going to sleep in pitch darkness this will help a lot yeah and you can I want to know noise and less you sleep with music on but yeah also you can go to sleepwith something really warm,so if you have any special type of beanbag then you can put that you can put it in the microwave and then you can sleep with it because yeah also you can drink tea.You can also work out or take a bath because if you work out you'll get tired and if you take a back you'll be relaxed so that might help for you and then you just get in your covers and just snuggle up and go to bed.
Another thing you might want to do is snuggle up with a stuffy or a pet or someone else maybe him and you can also eat but not too much otherwise that's gonna be a problem and make sure it's comfort or warm food because if you have cold food then that you're gonna have a problem because you say something Cold and you want to be warm when you're trying to sleep so and don't eat sugary stuff if you get hyper.
