      "All these gay people, disgust me. I don't understand how this legal at all." My mother said, taking a bite out of her pancake.

    We were sitting at a diner in the morning — my mother spotted a gay couple and got mad. Immediately telling my father they both whispered and pointed.

"I'm so proud of you so son," my father said, smiling. "You will never be any of those disgraces."

"Of course father."

   Yet I did turn to that couple and mumble sorry. They just smiled happily, as if it didn't effect them.

"Just be happy," I heard one of them whisper.
