The alpha and the beta

It was 3 months since i announced that I was going to be a mother and last week we got married. I just woke up to finding I was in the women tent, I hate it here, the space is small, the Roof could be reached within an inch, so I got out to smell some fresh air, I went to the fruit basket and picked out a banana, "typical Tess" I heard him say, "really hern? Really?" I say while eating a banana, "so how is my pretty kitten doing?" He asks, "not so great, at the moment." I say, he nods and comes over and kisses my forehead, I hug him, and he hugs back, we stay like that until we were rudely interrupted by the leader "may all tribe members gather around the tent of wisdom" the leaders tent is called the tent of wisdom, I never actually knew why, I go with hern to join the group of people who are waiting for the announcement " good morning to all, I am sorry I had to wake you at this time of day, but the alpha and the beta are going to come in a sunrise, we owe them a part of our land since they helped us in battle..." All tribe members yelped in disagreement "we owed a them a piece of land before! They are taking advantage of helping us!" Mee-lah shouts, that was true, ever since they helped us with the battle against the dark rogues, they wanted a piece of our land, in return for helping us, but the code says to never give away land, soon enough everyone is disagreeing with the leader, and soon he says "okay maybe that was a bad idea, I agree, so why don't we convince them to not get anything in return?"
Everyone agrees this time, so everyone continues doing the chores, a young child comes running up to me, "hello! Are you the outsider?" He asks, he is a youngster, the children cannot be named until they are... Mated, so 16 years, I am 23 according to tribe time, and hern is 34, we have fully mated 5 months ago and, to be honest, it felt like the world to me. Now moving on, I then tell the boy that I am a full tribe member now, I go on all fours and turn into a fox, I don't like my fox form now because I look so fat, so I just sit and watch everyone getting on with their chores, while I sit there, watching everyone do their important jobs, I feel like I'm so unimportant to the tribe right now, " stop feeling like that honey!"  Hern says through my mind, I forgot to say that, when two tribe members fully mate, they can read each other's minds and feel what each other feel, so it's like a werewolf thing, but to be honest, all foxes do that, I switch to a neko type form, claws , ears like a fox's and a long tail, I'm the only one who can transform into a half-half form since I have outsider blood, somehow,  so I'm grateful for it, "I will go to the forest now..."
"No you aren't!" Hern argues, I just sit there, with the fur covering all my lady parts, and pout, it usually works, but this time he laughs and says "nice try Tess, but you have to try harder hon!"  so instead, I pounce on him and play fight, but he tackles me like a pro while I dodge his playful paw attacks, he may be a fox, but I am twice his size, and my half-half form gives me all my fox and human powers, so I'm twice his strength now, I tackle him and he paws my face with sheathed claws so he doesn't hurt me, I bite his neck when I get the chance, but not too hard as to make the blood come out, but hard enough to make him freeze then get limp in my hold, I let him go and start licking at my half paws, "can I go now? I just won our play fight, I'm strong enough to handle twice our tribe! Please?" I start making my puppy dog eyes, and without hesitation he agrees.

I make my way through the forest and find the apple tree, the border of the opposite tribe is reeking under it, I climb on the side that doesn't pass the border, and pick myself an apple, I eat it until it's just the stem and a few seeds, the tribe only eats meat, it's a wonder how they hate sweet things, I walk along the forest, until I meet an old friend, a friend who brought me here, hatred glowed from her, I don't know what to do " hello... friend" she says darkly, I shed a tear, I'm scared now, scared as if I just looked at the scariest thing in the world, she came nearer and I backed away, I hissed at her, she wouldn't stop, i unsheathed my claws and got on all fours again, my tail twitches in fright, what if she kills me? What will hern do? What will kyra do? What will happen to my lovely tribe? I watched as she neared me until I felt a tree was behind me, I didn't dare turn around invade she tries to kill me, so I shift to a Neko type animal and push back until the tree felt VERY uncomfortable, she neared me until her sour breath mingled with mine, " trust me, Tess, everyone you love will be gone one day and only I will rule the forest, this is not a warning, this is a threat, I don't know why, but another tear found its way out of my eye, it's probably because of her fowl breath, I suddenly screech for help, and without warning, Stacy starts pounding her fists towards my face but I block her attacks by moving my head, eventually, she pounds my face and I screech since it feels like a fire in my eye, "what are you doing?!" A male behind me says, I remember his voice, it's hern! I gratefully thank him in my mind and he only replies with a huff, he shifts to his fox form and starts attacking her, there are a few tribe members with him, and soon enough, Stacy runs away in the opposite direction and when I shift back into a human, the bruise on my eye disappears, my bump is fine, but the look on hern's face is priceless, "I told you not to go! Now look what happened!" He yells at me after he shifts back into a human, I apologize, but he still looks mad, I return to camp, sad as ever, " you are punished for three sunrises! You shall not get out of camp!" Hern tells me, "what?! Are you crazy? I am not a child! I can't even spend a whole sunrise inside the camp!" I say, astounded, " well, first of all I'm not crazy, you are, and second, you are sure acting like a child, and third, you can't stay a whole sunrise without getting into trouble!" He says sternly, I suddenly feel like all my anger had taken its toll on me, and I suddenly shift into a HUGE Neko thing.
Hern's P.O.V
I want her to be safe! Why can't she understand that? I wanted to tell her I had a mate before, and she died while being attacked in the forest, she was the greatest female ever, well, now I have another loved one so I don't need to worry, she suddenly transforms into a huge foxuman that's like a neko, except it's a fox, not a cat, her eyes turn black, and she seems a whole lot angrier!

Will hern be hurt? XD or will he beat Tess in battle? I don't know for sure, but I do know that this shoutout goes to EllaIsAFokingYandere because she comments on my books and she votes too, she is the one that wants me to keep going on this... Bye y'all!!!
