CHAPTER 3: sweet surprises

“Hey Taylor, can you go to the store for us?” “Well um sure, but why”? “Well we kind of need some butter, eggs, and ham, its omelet night.” “Omelet night?” I said confused… “yes Taylor, were eating small because we got to pack up a lot of things.” “Well whatever you say mom.” I got in the car, and left for the store. Little did I know that someone was following me?

I pulled over to the side of the road, got out of the car, and looked at the person following me. I flipped them off; they honked, and pulled up to me. “Oh my gosh, I’m sorry mrs.waverly,” that was my teacher from 4th grade. “It’s been a while… a few grey hairs I see.” “Well isn’t it Taylor razz” “umm, don’t mention my last name please.” I said impractically unhappily. “Well how it going Taylor, what’s new.” I said well “I’m moving, going to the grocery store, and got a new hand web piercing see?” She was grossed out. She said “well good, I’m going to leave now, I got somewhere to go.” “Well bye.”

I walked into the store and saw Trina, a classmate of mine, I said “hey Trina, how are you doing” she said “fine”, and her dad was eye balling me. Being childish I stuck my tongue at him when he turned around. “Well bye, Trina see you later?” “Yahh, bye Taylor.” She was one of my good friends, “excuse me sir, do you need help?” “Yes, were would I find ham and cheese?” “Aisle 4, and aisle 3.” “Thanks ma’am.” I went and got the items needed, payed at the counter, and left. I thought I’d go see how my cousin Pam was doing. “Hey cousin”, “hey Taylor, how are you, wow you’re a tall young man I see, what’s on your hand?” “Ohh I got a piercing there, you like?” “Defiantly, your parents know?” “NO. Don’t tell them”, I smiled. She said “anything for my favorite person.” Cousin Pam was someone who I could rely on, she was the sweetest of among the many people I know. “Well I got to run sweetheart”, “bye cousin, I’m sure I got to leave?” “Yes. Bye Taylor,” she gave me a big hug, and left.
