Diabolik Lovers: Reader x Kou

~Third person POV~
It was the middle of Winter and it was really cold outside. All the people in town was having fun spending times at home in front of the fire place, having a great time with this family, giving presents to each other or maybe having a fun time at the centre of the town with the giant Christmas tree with their love once.  But no one would expect someone to be spending there Christmas in a graveyard, well obviously dead people might be spending time there but I'm talking about a real person! Well there is one girl who is doing exactly that.

Reader's POV
It was Christmas once again and I was at the graveyard like always. Sitting in front of my parents grave. My parents died when I was 10. My mum was a actress, model and a singer and my dad was a writer, a novel writer. When they were coming home from New York, the flight had a accident and it crashed into the mountains. After the crash, the plane exploded and there was no survivors. After that incident, I was left all alone. I had no where to go except for the grave. I had worked at a cafe since I was 13. The shop manager had took me in and they are like my family. After I had enough money to enter a school, I took the exam and got in. Obviously, I had a part time job in morning till noon so I went to the night school. It was perfect for me. I had not shown any of my emotions to anyone except for my parents before they died and after that, I couldn't show anymore emotions. I didn't smile at anything. No. I couldn't smile. I had no idea how to smile, laugh or cry. I had always kept a cool monotone face and for some reason, people had admired me of that and it was really annoying. Anyway, it was night time and it was nearly time to go to school but I didn't feel like it so I decided to stay at the graveyard with my parents. I wish they were still here.

I was sitting down, leaning to the grave like a child would to a mother and remembered all the things that we did when my parents were still alive. When I realised that there was something wet running down my cheek, I didn't know what to do. For the first time in 8 years, I had tears forming. I didn't bothered wiping so I just let them out. I wasn't sobbing or anything but my tears had kept coming out from my eyes slowly. Wetting my skirt. Suddenly, there was a hand towel in front of my eyes and I was confused to why someone would be in the graveyard at this time of hour. When I looked up, I saw Kou. The popular boy in school. I heard that he was a idol but I didn't really pay attention.

"Why are you crying or here in the graveyard at this time of hour." Spoke Kou.

"I could ask you the same." I replied with my cold voice. He kind of looked taken back at how I spoke and said "I was just visiting my mother since today is her birthday."

"Oh, then I guess I could say the same to why I'm here." I said softly or maybe like a whisper but he heard it and said, "Did your mum or dad maybe passed away?"

"Yes, in fact both of them died." I spoke looking down.

"I'm sorry to hear that." Said Kou. "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't introduce myself. I'm Kou Mukami and you are (y/n) right? The girl in my biology class?" Continued Kou.

"Yes. I didn't know you would know me." I said looking up.

"Well of course I would remember some one like you m-neko chan~" he said playfully. Which I softly giggled to. I was really surprised that I giggled. Well I mean, I never actually showed this side to anyone, in fact I haven't seen my self like this. "Oh what a surprise, I've never seen this side of you before. I mean you never practically showed this side of you in school." He said with a amazement in his voice.

"Well I haven't seen this side of me either." I said kind of embarrassed.

"I like it. It suits you more if you smile." He said with a close eyed smile. When he did that, my cheeks grew hot and I didn't know what was happening to me anymore. "OMG! Look at the time! It's already 2:30 (midnight) why don't you come to my place and stay for a night? My brothers won't mind." And before I could say anything, he picked me up and started to sprint to his place. I didn't know what to do so I shut my eyes closed because it was really fast and before I knew it, we had arrived to his house. He put me down on the grounds and lead me inside. I slept over there for a night and became a best friend of Kou.

~1 years later~ 
A year has past after meeting Kou and I was really close with him and his brothers. I had changed I lot this year thanks to Kou and I got my emotions back. I had also started to develop a feeling for Kou. I had visited them many times and I was visiting them today as well. It was Valentine's Day and Kou had asked me if I wanted to go hang out with him today. So I dressed up nicely and waited for him outside. After a short while, he came out and apologized to me about how late he was and I kept telling him that I didn't wait so much and that he wasn't late but he didn't listen to me. After a minute or so, he stopped apologizing. I didn't know where we were going since he planned it. I asked him where we were going but he just said to follow him.

After a short while of walking, we arrived at a amusement park. I was really excited to go in and after we went in, we soon went straight to the roller coasters. We went on lots of different kind of rides and before we knew it, it was already a sunset. He told me he wanted to ride the ferries wheel before we go so we went on it and the view was amazing. The reflection of the sunset was really amazing and I loved it so much once we were on the very top, Kou tapped on the shoulder and I looked at him.

"What is it Kou?" I asked happily.

"(Y/n) I have something to tell you" he said looking away. He took out a small box and a letter and gave it to me. "Can you be my girlfriend?" He gave me the box and looked at me. It took me a second or so to proses what he had said and before I knew it, I had flung my self to him and said "Yes, yes I will." He looked at me with a wide smile and pulled me closer to him and he kissed me passionately. It was the best day of my life. I couldn't asked for a better boyfriend then him. He gave me the best surprise ever!

Later, I went to his house and I slept over. At night, Kou was asleep beside me and his sleeping face was adorable! While he was sleeping, I took out the box and letter that he gave me earlier and opened the box first. In the box, it was a heart locket with me and Kou's picture. Next, I opened the letter and one I read it, I head a smile on my face. In the letter it said.
Dear (y/n),
You are the most beautiful person that I have ever met in my life. You had always given me courage to everything that I do. You are the only one for me. I love you.
You may fall from the sky, you may from a tree, but the best way to fall, is in love with me. And I fell hard for you.
