The Mystery Land

A/N: I thank all the readers who have read my story until now and I bow with sincere thankfulness to all those who will be reading this. Hoping that you'd like to keep reading my story even on.....

Silvia and myself hoped we'd have a wondrous Wednesday today as we were about to set the transmitzier on Joe in the process of making him talk...
I said to Silvia while fixing the device

"Arrrgh!! You know this is frustrating .... Why are we unable to fix this???"

"Its weird that even Joe stands still.. " Silva said in the process of fixing the transmitizer on Joe.

"Come on silv...we gotta make him talk" I replied in an encouraging tone.

We worked on it for almost an hour toiling too hard to fix the transmitizer on Joe. But then Silvia said

" Uffh!! I can't do this anymore.. What's going on here?? Why are we unable to fix this on Joe today?? Oh!! I think something bad is gonna happen if we keep continuing this.." .

As soon as I heard Silvia expressing, the only way I could respond was

" Oh my gosh!! Are you saying me that this device is gonna blast or something?! Stop joking Silvia.. I wonder if you are gonna write a horror or a fiction story based on this?? Don't make me laugh Silv"..

But Silvia wasn't much impressed as I could sense it with her reply as she replied me back

" Bad joke... I can't stand here anymore I'm going in... Bye" .

I could sense Silvia's disappointment as we could not make the device work. But as I was determined to get it done, I called her over and said

" Hey Silv... Come over here..I've got an idea on this" .

She came out running asking me "Woh... What's that?? Normally you don't get any ideas right?? Did you go bang your head in the tree or something?" .

As I was more enthusiastic in getting the device done I said to her

" Ah!! Never mind of that !! We need help to fix it.. Call Xene over here.. He might be of some help.."

Silvia replied to me within a fraction of seconds that

" Oh my god!!! Yo..yo.....you....me....me...mean Xe....Xene???? Oh yeah.. I'll get him here in no time!!" .

She ran to Xene's house as I was seeing her run smiling.... Within matter of seconds she brought Xene to help us. Xene could only ask me in astonishment

" Is that really you who called me to help you guys?? It's pretty unbelievable though.. Still.... Let me join you.. Happy to help you two..... Come on...let's get working..." .

Xene , Silvia and myself started working on it.. It was more than an hour since we started working on it... Xene got a phone call from his uncle as he said us

"I'll get back to you guys soon.. I'll be back asap..bye".

Silvia and myself with the help of Xene had fixed the device on Joe... In eagerness to make Joe talk we switched on the device on.. Joe started howling as we heard

"Woooo......Dangerrrrr....Urrrr."

The device switched off by itself.... We got terribly frightened.. We wanted to know what was that all about.... So we desperately pressed the button to get it worked again. But all our attempts went in vain.. But within moments of time, Joe started howling as there was a strange light being emitted from the transmitizer.. Before we could respond, the device burst into a portal with disarray of lights.. It was all I could sense before I fainted.... After sometime... I could hear Silvia's voice

" Aiden....Aiden.... Wake up...... Wake up.... Aiden.....where are we?? get up!!".

I could barely open my eyes.... All I saw when I opened my eyes slightly was a clear dark sky with two bright stars shining and rugged, irregular surface of terrain as I said

" This must be some sort of a mystery land!!"

And I lost my consciousness again....
