Let the people know

Arriving in Ponyville, Dasher had to wake me up from the long nap i took on the train. I heard her voice, and through my blurred vision i saw the same mare i'd always see in my dreams. My sister. I sat up fast and saw Dash staring at me with a confused and almost concerned expression. "Runner, dude..." she looked at me, her eyes wide. "Are you crying?"
"Huh?" I reached up and felt my face, the fur around my snout damp with tears. "I...guess i am." i shrugged, looking over to see Belle land on my shoulder. She chirped a bit and used her wing to nuzzle my face. I giggled a bit, and hugged my only true friend. "I'm ok girl, i'm ok." I stood up, motioning to Dash to follow me. She stood up and stretched, the little electric lines across her eye became a more static before going back to normal. "Your a genetically engineered hybrid right?" I asked, and she shook her head. "Naturally born. Your the genetic one..how were you made by the way?" She asked me as we stepped away from the train and into the small town. "I was kidnapped. From my only family, my sister." i started. "Who made you?"
"I cant really remember. Something halo,"

"Someone said my name?" I turned around and met eyes with a Pegasus. She stretched her wings a bit and tilted her head. "Hm? no i don't think so." i said simply, and she laughed. "My name is Halo." she giggled, holding out her hoof and i slowly shook it. "Winged Halo, pleasure to meet you."
"Runner, this is Dasher." I shook her hoof, and let a little smile crawl onto my face. This mare was very beautiful and i found myself locked in a secret staring contest with her. Dasher finally pulled me away, and sighed. "Nice meeting you Halo, i'm sure we'll see you later. But we got some business to attend to." The orange mare laughed sarcastically, and turned away. I waved a little bit, before i turned around and smiled. "Oh by the way! Tell everyone the crystal kingdom is back from its banishment. I'll see you later!" I laughed, seeing the pegasus's eyes widen, and she dropped the bag she was carrying, only to smile and nod her head.

I walked alongside Dasher through the town, ignoring the fact she was scolding me for almost flirting with another pony. Yeah i flirt a lot so what? When some pony i see is super cute i gotta let them know. "Whatever Dash," i sighed, letting my tail whip her playfully on the leg. She squeaked and glared at me, "Runner."
"bleh." i stuck my tongue out at her, and ran into someone.
I fell to the ground and looked forward, seeing a mare in a cloak. "Hey! Watch it!" i shouted, standing up and seeing her stand up, dusting herself off. "My apologies." She spoke almost darkly, and looked at me through the cloak and i saw her eyes. Dark, evil and intimidating. I found myself kneeling in her presence, and i apologized for being so rude. She stepped back, and walked away, and i could see her strange tails swishing around in the dirt. "Runner what the hell was that."
"I-I...I don't know..." i choked on my words, legs unable to move. "S-she looked at me. Her eyes they...they're evil Dash."
"Do you think that she is the mare that Princess cadence sent us after?" I let my jaw go limp because maybe Dash was right. I stood up, legs shaking and breath turning back to normal.

"Hey, you alright?" I turned around and i saw Halo, a little smile on her face. "Yeah, j-just fine." I whispered, watching her as she handed me a bag. "You might need this, you left it at the train station." Oh yeah, my bag. I laughed nervously and threw it over my back. "Thanks."
"Also, don't mind her. She's awfully strange but never causes any harm." Halo pointed with her wing over to the mysterious mare who was now buying fruit. The stand holder looked so frightened. "Do you know her name?" Dasher stepped in, and Halo nodded. "People say she has many names. But we all know her as Millennia."
"Like...The amount of time?" I asked, and she nodded. "I've seem people nickname her Millie, but she's not fond of others. She does seem to like the hybrids that come through here...You two are hybrids correct?" Halo asked, gesturing to our tails, my eyes and strange legs. "Yes. Hybrid and Proud." Dash flicked her tail, and i kinda shuffled my feet. "Artificially made." I chuckled, and Halo's eyes widened. "Oh! Y-Your...."
"Made by the 24 Halo Society. I was their very first artificial hybrid. A failure at that." I paused, suddenly i remembered the name.

The 24 Halo society was a horrid group of scientists that were still out for me, trying to kidnap me and finish their work on me. I escaped, and took Belle with me...
"Oh, Miss Runner I-I'm sorry!" Halo said nervously, and i shook my head. "Don't apologize." I smiled, gently patting her head. "Anyways, we have to be on our way and tell the others that the crystal empire has returned." Dash sighed impatiently, and Halo nodded. "I wish to come with you." She smiled. "I came to ponyville hoping to find a fresh start and there i see her on the train platform." she looked at me, and gave a little wave. "If you want to come, go ahead! No one's stopping ya." I laughed, walking over and putting my hoof around her shoulder. I looked at dash with a dorky smile, and watched as she simply rolled her eyes and we began walking.

But even with the new company and the happy environment i couldn't get it out of my head, the mare with the evil eyes and two hybrid tails.
Who was she...?
