Personality: He's very socially awkward and a bit of an introvert, However, when he knows you enough to be comfortable around you, he's childish and kinda funny. Despite being socially awkward, he'll even try to cheer up strangers if they have a bad time.
He takes his work quite seriously, so he won't take it lightly if you're goofing off at work. He highly respects Fazbear entertainment despite all that he witnessed. Of course, he tries deny and lie about what's happened when someone asks about the rumors. He's a bad liar, and gets a bit stuttery when he tries to lie.
Of course, he has many other flaws. He's easily hurt and breaks down often. Usually, it isn't around people. There have been some times where he's cried in front of people like Samuel though. He tries to be upbeat and reassuring even though he's pretty easy to be stuck down. He prefers to keep people happy, because he has a lot of trouble being truly happy himself. He doesn't want other people being sad.

Back story:
Scott was an only child. He was raised under a strict family who was constantly on their feet and busy. He was usually taken care of by his cousin, who lived with his family. His cousin always made him food and such while his own mother and father were working at their jobs or ignoring him.
Eventually, as Scott grew up, he tried more and more to get attention from his own parents by getting amazing grades and a great job. To which, he failed to impress them. Eventually, he stopped trying, and had gotten pissed at them.
He saved up enough money from all his previous jobs and went to a business related college that Samuel also went to. Scott actually had a dorm near his. They became good friends eventually after, surprisingly, a few conversations. They got along swell. Scott lost contact with his family, and didn't give two hoots about it.
However, somewhere during the end of the first year at his college, he bumped into his father at the store. After they were both outside Scott eventually called him out. This, started a big argument. (Luckily, it was night time and not many people were outside at the time).
Things were said, names were called, etc. But it all ended with one comment which made Scott break down after his father walked to his car then drove off.
Scott became a wreck after that. And honestly, you wouldn't expect someone to get THAT emotional over this, but he sure as hell took everything to heart. This caused him to slowly go into a long phase that made him more of an asshole. He became the kind of guy who would throw parties, drink, all that stuff. He stopped talking to Samuel for a while, and hung out with other assholes.
Samuel went to his dorm one night, after getting impatient with Scott ignoring him. Scott opened the door, hesitated to let him in, and Samuel tried to talk to the drunken man. At first, it felt like it was going nowhere. But Samuel eventually got Scott to really think of what he's been doing and regret being such a guy.
So, after that night, Scott tried to clean himself up. He stopped being that person everyone would label as a piece of shit. He got back on his feet, and he got over his parents and stopped caring completely. He felt happier.
After graduation, the two didn't know what to do first. Of course, they moved away from each other. But they still kept in touch. Samuel met a guy who was planning to hire and plan with people for a children's entertainment company. Scott and Samuel both agreed to it after thinking hard on it.
And that's how it began....
