"Gray behind you!" I screamed as Racer ran up behind him.
Gray went flying through the air. I ran at full speed to catch him before he came plummeting towards the ground. But racer pushed me as far as he could. I smacked into the opposite wall, I felt my arm twist in the wrong direction.
"Ow," I yelled out.
I saw Gray lying on the ground barely breathing. I started to get mad, there is no way some dude is going to hurt Fairy Tail like that! I may have just joined, but Fairy Tail is the best guild I have ever joined.
I felt this power well up in me. I ran as fast as could towards Gray just waiting for Racer to reach me, but the whole time I heard him behind me. I realized he's not that fast, he's just messing with our eyes. I climbed up a tree
"Ila I need you!" I yelled hoping she would hear me.
I saw her swoop through the air towards me, I grabbed onto her tail and flew up.
"Now!" I screamed and she dropped me.
I landed right in front of Racer, I stuck my arm out and grabbed his shirt collar. I did an Ice Dragon Fist with my other hand and punched him till he was unconscious. I dropped him and ran over to Gray, I desperately looked around for Natsu or Erza. I saw a blue dot slowly getting bigger until I noticed it was Happy carrying Lucy towards us.
"Lucy!" I screamed and jumped up to grab her hand.
I pulled her over to Gray. Lucy's eyes widened and she ran over to Gray.
"Yuki, you and Ila help me pick up Gray," Lucy commanded.
We carried him to a spot we thought would be safe.
"Come on Gray wake up," I barely squeaked out, my voice was trembling. Tears threatening to spill over.
I felt lucy wrap her arms around me giving me a comforting hug. I buried my face in her shoulders letting myself cry. I couldn't stand the thought of Gray not waking up.I heard someone behind us, it was natsu he had a huge smile on his face until he saw I was crying he looked around until he saw gray laying there his face immediately fell.
"Wendy" He muttered under his breath "We need Wendy" He turned around to Happy and yelled "Happy go get wendy"
"Aye sir" Happy yelled.
I watched happy fly off to get Wendy.
Hurry back. I thought Wendy's our only hope.
"Here, you're going to need your energy Yuki." Natsu said handing me some ice. "If you eat your element, it will give you more magic energy."
I noded slightly and took the ice. I bit into it, it actually tasted kind of good. Kinda like Ice cream mixed with honey. I looked up and saw Wendy flying towards us, when she landed she saw Gray on the floor. She ran over and tried to heal him, her face fell.
"I'm sorry," Wendy whispered tears streaming down her face "He's gone."
Tears threatened to spill over, I couldn't believe it. I ran over to Gray squeezing his hand like it would wake him up from his endless nap.
"Gray he can't be, he just can't." Lucy rapped me in her arms.
I saw Racer, I broke free of Lucy's grip and ran after him. Natsu grabbed me right before I reached Racer. I struggled to break free but I could not. All I saw was Racer taunting me from a distance when the world started to fade, everything was disappearing. Wendy and Lucy were still crying over Gray's dead body. Natsu was still holding me back.
