Hey everybody! So, I've taken the liberty of going through this book and totally re-editing it all. I originally had the book half way finished, yet I decided I wanted to take a better route. I just wasn't feeling very comfortable with what I had. Although this book is purely fiction, I still felt like I couldn't connect to any of it. I felt like I was writing the book for you guys, and not for me. I want to write a book I feel we will all like.
If this book is anything like it was before editing, no one will read it. I'm known to be a little impatient, yet I decided to keep everything I write up from now on. If no one reads it, oh well. I'll still keep it up for people to view, and try to make it of interest.
Before we begin, lets get something straight:
1. I will tolerate people correcting my grammar mistakes. While I don't make many, it's still nice for me to realize what I messed up on so I can go back and fix it. Although I appreciate the corrections, I really don't like more than one person telling me the same thing. If someone's already corrected me on a word, please don't feel as though you have to, also. Thank you, though.
2. I don't get to update as much as most people, who actually make time just for Wattpad. I attend school and have cleaning to do when I get home, so I will update when I can.
3. No fighting. I read books on Wattpad (Pssh, who doesn't?) and see a lot of people fighting. Most of the time people are standing up for themselves, which is fine. Yet, people do tend to start fights. If that happens on here you will be blocked, whether you like my book or not.
4. Feedback. This is something I never got on the old version of this book, and I would really appreciate it if you guys would let me know how I'm doing. If the book sucks, please don't go "Well, this stinks. I'm deleting it." Like, guys. If it sucks THAT bad, tell me and suggest something so I can fix it. If not, it shall forever be sucking and I won't know it.
5. Detail. This was the main problem on most of my books (Yes, I made more than one. Sadly, I didn't like them much myself and deleted them) and so that's why I'm here today, writing this. I'm sorry if there's not much detail, I'm slowly working on it. I, myself, am a proud fangirl and member of romance novels, meaning that I know how it feels to impatiently wait on a book update or not be able to connect with the book because it's going too fast. That's what I usually tend to do on my books by accident.
6. The places, settings, characters, and events in this book are simply made up from my imagination. I typed in "North Carolina Woods" and there were woods that showed up, so that's why she lives in that state. Please don't comment, "Well, that's not a real place" or "That never happened". It's a book. A werewolf book. Next time you see a real life werewolf in your back yard send me a screen shot and we can discuss it over hot tea.
Any whore, these were just some of the major things I wanted to discuss with you. I'm sorry if these few things were boring, but I wanted you to understand how I feel and not keep your hopes up on it being a million dollar book. It's just a book, that I felt I wanted to do because...it's my sad life and all the Netflix movies I've already watched and there's no food in the fridge. Shall I continue?
