Ultimate Despair

"Why...what is going on?....Why is this happening? Why is everyone falling into despair? All my friends...Sonia...Mikan...Chiaki...Peko..........Souda...."

You wake up finding yourself laying on the cold floor. Your body aches and it looks like you've been beaten a couple of times. By who? You barely remember anything but you know that your friends had fallen into despair and you have to help them right away. You find your way into a room filled with your friends but they changed....
"Guys! I'm so glad you're okay!" You say cheerfully.
"Hm?..." You hear a grunt coming from Souda. "Oh, looks like we've missed one."
"Huh?" You are so confused. What's he saying?
"What are you even doing here?" Souda says. "Do you remember anything?"
You take a step back.

This isn't the Souda I know or any of these people. What have they done to them? They...they.....they are now members of the Ultimate Despair! No...no......
"Y-You guys...what's...what's wrong? What happened to you guys?" You say in a confused and a bit fearful voice.
"Just something we needed all along." Akane says in a harsh tone.
"Besides, what's your talent anyway?" Sonia says.
Now that you think of it, you don't remember....do you even have a talent?
"I...I don't remember..." You say weakly.
"Tsk. Pathetic. A commoner like you wouldn't even have one."

Pathetic?

"Figures. You don't seem very useful anyways. You're meaningless."

Meaningless?

"Yeah, you wouldn't have one anyways. You just look like a weakling that has no talent at all."

"Humph...I'm starting to wonder why I ever went out with you anyways."

Those words repeated in your head many times. How could Souda say that. You step back a bit but you feel like you are going to cry. Suddenly your head starts hurting very painfully.
"G-Gaaaah!!! What the hell?" You scream out. The others watch with a smirk. You can see yourself changing. "What is this? What's going on? This is nonsense! This is......" You can no longer think straight and you see a flash of white. You've changed entirely. Thoughts leave your mind and all you can think of is how pathetic everyone thinks you are.

This is hopeless. Am I really gonna fall into despair? I can't give up now. My friends need me....but are they really still my friends?

None of what you had in your mind before. You became very negative and just walked over to join the group of friends.
"Welcome to the Ultimate Despair."
The words ring on your voice.

Suddenly you stop everything.
"This is wrong! This is not me or any of you! This is...JOHN CENA, loljk, (Edit: holy sht that joke is so old) this is bull shit! Like Komaeda's luck!" You scream. "Everyone, please! Snap out of it! Don't give up! We all have a future! Please!" You look at everyone and they don't seem to be listening to a word you say.
"Tch. Damnit. This is hopeless....I can't do anything about this..." You fall on your knees and a tear falls of your face and someone notices. The next thing you know, you feel a cold pair of lips touching yours. You open your eyes and find Souda. The real Souda. He smiles and pats your head.
"Hey there, Y/N. There's nothing to be sad about. We're all here." Souda says with tears streaming down his face. You can see everyone else in tears and back to normal. You smile and hug Souda.
"You're back!"
