After everything my family and i had been through i hadnt gone back to school for a whole year, i just wasnt in the right mind set to go. My brothers spent some afternoons teaching me to defend myself other times they were at soccer or footy training, it wasnt till the beginning of the next year and my sixteen birthday that i decided to go back to school. My brother Chase had graduated last year and was off to collage with his soccer scholarship, Chris was also out of school and off to collage with his footy scholarship and Hayden and i were the only ones left at school.
As i celebrated my sixteenth birthday with my family and few friends, the best part of it was having Jackson come home after two years. Seeing him after all this time was the best part of my day, telling him that i was going back to school made him happy along with hearing about Chase and Chris with their scolarships. Two days after my birthday Jackson left back for uni, Chase and Chris also left for their collages to while Hayden and i went back to school as mum went to work. Arriving at school with Hayden by my side we looked at each other as i smiled and said "go ahead...go be with your friends i got this" he nodded and walked off after making sure i knew where to find him if need be, taking a deep breath i walked through the gates and headed to the office before going to find my locker, other kids stared as i passed them but i pretended not to notice. After finishing at my locker i made my way to my first class, getting there i walked in and took a seat towards the back - so it would make it harder for kids to look at me, but i was wrong when he walked into the classroom.
