Will you love me? John X Masako (Christmas Edition)

Masako's P.O.V

"John," I yelled. "Will you come help me with some of this food?" I asked. "Sure think Masako." John said in his Australian accent. He smiled bright at me. I smiled back. I grabbed a plate of food Mai made and brought it to the table and sat one down. John then came out with a couple plates as well. Mai came out with the rest of the food and everyone sat down with all the Christmas decorations making everything seem so magical. I turned slightly and looked at the beautiful Christmas Tree, that sparkled in the light. Me and John picked out the tree, and he others decorated it. I smiled at there work. Everyone sat down at the table and held hands so we could say grace. (Lets just say they are christian since John is there, ;) ) John started out on the prayer. "Oh Lord how we thank you for this fine dinner that miss Mai made." John said. He went on and on on how we were thankful. (I'm not trying to make her sound like she doesn't believe I just never done it before with my family and have no idea what to say.) After John was finished with his prayer we started to have a lively dinner. Everyone laughing loudly. I couldn't help but smile at everyone. Monk, Ayako and I got into a long discussion about Monk even though he was right there which made it funnier. Every time Ayako said something mean about Monk, he would always argue back about how he wasn't. I let out a happy laugh. I looked at everyone for a second. Mai was trying to coax Naru into something, while Madoka was talking to Lin. I looked at John and my cheeks turned red slightly. He stood and went to the door but turned around and waved me to him. I nodded. I quickly stood and followed after him. I walked into the hall way. John's face was a bright red. "So.... Hi Masako, ummmmm I got a question." John said looking at the ground. Just the way his face red made me really nervous. I started to blush a brighter red that was noticeable. He looked up with a look of determination on his face. "M-Masako," He started with a stutter. "W-would you lo-" He stopped mid sentence. He took a deep breath and finished the sentence. "Would you l-love me?" He asked. I couldn't help the smile on my face. I smiled brightly. "Yes I would, but we aren't even dating..." I finished. "Well then," He said with a nervous smile. "Would you be my girlfriend?" I nodded at him. "Yes, Of course." I couldn't help but smile for the rest of the night.
