I've been wanting to get my own dog since I was 12 so since I have my own money today I'm getting a dog. Actually a pitbull. I had to go to this pitbull rescue center since animal shelters are racists against pitbulls.

I've always been set on getting a big dog thats good with families and has short hair. I have no time to be grooming and cleaning up the shedding hair everyday. I've been walking through the rescue center for a good minute. None of the dogs have really caught my eye. I stopped at a cage that had this pretty red nose puppy. I squatted down in front of the cage and he ran up to me licking my fingers through the cage. I had to get him. I told the lady that I wanted him so they took him out and we went to an office so she can check my background and stuff. Once we were done with all of the paperwork I could finally take my little baby home. I picked him up and walked out to my car rubbing on him and everything. I put him in on the passenger side then I got in. I sat there for a minute thinking about a name for him.

"What should I name you" I asked him even though I know he couldn't answer me.

"Hmm how about...Schwag" I joked. I looked over at him. I started laughing because he had his head tilted to the side looking at me like I was crazy.

"Ok seriously... um how about... um what about... Ace" He started barking. I nodded in agreement.

"You like that one huh...me too" I started up the and backed out. LeeLee's gonna be so surprised. I've been hiding this from her for a couple of days now.

I pulled up to the house and saw LeeLee's car sitting out. Good she's home. I grabbed Ace and walked up to the door. I walked in and all I heard was the tv in the living room.

"LeeLee" I asked questionably

"Yea in the living room" She yelled back. I walked in the living room and she was texting away on her phone she didn't even look up.

I went and sat down next to her. I put Ace in her lap and he instantly went for her face licking all over it. She screamed then started laughing when she realized it was a dog.

"Aww he's...yea he's cute" She paused checking his gender.

"I know right" I smiled rubbing on his head.

"So whose dog is it" She let him off the couch and on the floor.

"Mine I told you I was gonna get a dog when we got our own house" I got up walking in the kitchen.

"Well welcome to the family little man" She said watching him run around the house.

"Oh um tonight Chris and Ty are coming over to spend the night well them and their friends Chris wants us to meet their friends so I thought I'd be a fun idea to have a party/sleepover adult style" She chuckled nervously she thinks I'm gonna say no that's why she's babbling. It sounds like a cool idea but it's short notice. Well leave it to LeeLee to make a short notice party.

"That sounds great but um we don't have any food for them" I said referring to our new empty refrigerator. I jumped up on the kitchen counter eating some grapes. She shook her head.
