 As i checked out my brother I looked at his back and it was bruised a lot. But as I checked it out even more I saw words on his back, like I swear literal words carved. And they read PROTECT YOUR BROTHER. at that moment I knew his plan was to give us a hint and then die. But that wont happen when it comes to my brother, so I cleaned my brothers cuts and went into the basement where the cells were.

When I got there I smelled the amazing smell of my mate. But also the smell of blood, dust, and urine.So I followed my mates scent to a cell numbered 13.  As I approached the cell I saw my mate the Beta and two f our packs fighters holding our Beta down. when I got there my mate had just begin talking so I just stood  and listened.

Emmett Pov-

E* So Elijah what have you been up too?

Eli* just sending messages to live; so nun much.

E* wait what do you mean sending messages

juniper walks in

J* he means the message he put on my brothers back

E* wait what the hell do you mean

Eli*  well it all happened the day me and you went to Junipers party. while you were over there with her friends I was with my mate; Jamie but she went to get something to eat. And as soon as she walked off I was dragged into the bathroom by a man named Christoper and he said that if I didnt do what he said my mate and unborn child will be taken and raped forever.  So of course I said i would do what he wanted. But for some reason it was to Hurt Mason, and when I got the chance I carved a note into his back expecting for you to kill me. And now here we are

J* well I wont kill you cause you did  it for a good reason but  we still need to figure out what to do with you, Jamie, and Mason, cause y'all need to be protected.

E* The only thing I can come up with is staying inside the house windows locked and blinds closed and update security.

J* Babe we can do that now but we cant do that forever they have a child who will need to know what life is, find his or her mate, and go to school.

E* as much as I agree with you we have to do what I say until this guy is killed

Eli* OK cool, one question you didn't kill my mate did you????

J* I was very close to it but no, she is now in my room, but I will have the pack doctor come and check her out just in case Elijah.

After all the drama today i thought while Juniper was at the pack doctor with Jamie and Elijah I decided to make dinner . So I went into the kitchen and got some chicken and baked it then whipped up a quick salad. By the time I was finished I heard the door open so I went to it. when I arrived I saw my mate but couldn't smell it. At that point I knew it wasn't her but Christopher 

So I spent over 3 hours writing this so plzz dont criticize cause I tried and i still have another book to update and Im sorry for miss spelled words hop you like the chapter
