I looked up, half expecting a serial killer or a crazy rest room visiting person. But I would prefer meeting them, at least I could scrub their eyes with soap... But no such luck, instead I met Vanessa. I silently curse my parents for installing a vent. Who needs a damn vent in a house? I get that they're rich, but share your blessing and give it to charity rather that wasting it on a useless ventilation system! I cursed.

Vanesssa pulled me from my safe corner and dragged me into my closet to pick something to wear. Kaitlyn got a plate of bacon and gave it to me. Vanessa took a long, juicy strip and started to eat it, ignoring the glare I was so obviously directing at her.

Kaitlyn started ttalking. I fondled with my favorite gold necklace. She put her hands on her hips and waved her hand at my face. "Are you even listening?" she asked. I saw my Derica (she lost the rights of being my sister for her betrayal) leaning against the door, and I raised my middle finger at her. Ignoring me, she pinched her nose. "Eww. Why do you people love bacon?" She asked. Did I just get snobbed by my sister?

Vanessa turned around to look at her. "What planet do you come from?" She casually asked her like she did it everyday. Derica inched away from her. "That is classified information."

I was so distracted by the scene between Vanessa and Derica that I never realized Kaitlyn looking at me expectantly until she snapped her fingers in front of  my face.

    "Whaaa?" I said.
"I said," she took a deep breath. "Do you know who you're going out with?"
    "Nope." I proudly announced.
"You're going with...I'm not gonna tell you," she said.
    "But why?" I protested.
"I said it five times, and you didn't even listen."

Kaitlyn told Vanessa to get a something from her car.

    "Who is it?" I pressed.
    "Not telling."
    "Who?"
    "Never gonna tell"
    "Never say never.
"Okay, did ou just quote Justin Beiber?"
    "Uh..yeah?"
"You said never say never, but you just said never twice.."
"How is he?" I asked her.
"He's still in the same condition." Her face turned sad.
    "Have you told anyone else?"

Suddenly, we heard footsteps going up the stairs.

"We'll continue this later," she said, her lips curling into a smile.

"Here." Vanessa haded it to Kaitlyn, who handed it to me. I opened it, inside was a fancy prom-night gown. Let's just say I'm not a fan of skirts, but this gown was simply amazing.

Kaitlyn grabbed her keys and drove to a sophisticated french restaurant aroud the corner. She pulled me and strapped me to the seat with a seatbelt.

When I walked there, Cassler stood there with roses. I smiled. He bought roses for me? He smiled when he saw me.

"I forgot my wallet at home, can we ditch this restaurant and eat somewhere else?" he suggested.
"I don't mind." I smiled. Why do I keep smiling? I hate him!
"Then where to, princess?" he asked.
"I'm feeling like eating a big mac. How about you?" I asked.
"I love the way you think." he said.

The gown attracted much attention, but I didn't care, I was with Cassler.

After a big mac, we went to the park and lied down on the grass, not giving a damn about my dirty gown, it was just a gown. I watched as a familiar couple on the bench fell and pushed the sprinkler button. I then realized that the two were Sasha and Ban, who were the most popular couple in our batch. The height gave it away. Seriously, were dwarves compared to them.

The sprinkler opened and spewed water everywhere. Cassler immediately suggested that we went to his car. He rolled up his sleeves, which I thought looked great. When we got to his car, I was shivering like a crazy. Tip: Never get wet when you wear a strapless gown at night.

He saw this and gave me his blazer, wrapping it around me and hugging me.

Then he suddenly started shouting at me. "I ate flying pants in my roommm, I love to stare at the sleeping sun."

"Oi! Get up you lazy leprechaun!" my sister shouted into my ear. "Kaitlyn and Vanessa are calling you!"

I groaned and rubbed my eyes. I was on my bed, that was a dream? But it felt so real! I thought.

I went the restroom where Vanessa supossedly broke the vent, but no signs of a broken vent, which I thought was a good thing.

Kaitlyn and Vanessa both burst into the room, Veronica would've came but dating just really wasn't her strong point.

I opened my phone and I had three missed calls and eight text messages, not counting the spam.

I walked out of the car Kaitlyn was driving. Vanessa came out and forcibly pushed me into the accursed restaurant.

There stood Cassler, the boy Allison called to talk to me about. I closed and opened my mouth like a fish. I looked at Kaitlyn and Vanessa, who beamed proudly at me. They did not just do that. I turned to Vanessa, "Why him?" I said. I pointed at him. She looked at me and the direction I was pointing quizzically. "Cassler? Why would he even go out on dates?" she had a point there, why would a bad boy ruin his reputation by dating someone by the likes of me? But I still felt disappointment. It was my turn to be confused. "Um..then what is he doing here?" I asked. "I have no idea." They answered.

After finding a parking space, Kaitlyn joined us at our table. "What are you guys still doing here?" I asked. "Making sure that you don't run away." she said. Smart bastards, I thought. It was true, Kaitlyn was almost Valedictorian when we graduated elementary, the only thing separating her from the actual Valedictorian was a 0.03 difference in her general average.

So we talked, about school, the homecoming dance, and potatoes. We were debating on the best flavor for potato fries when I got the brilliant idea to silently slip into the restroom and climb out the window. There were factors keeping me from this goal: the height between the window and the floor, if they follow me to the comfort room, and most importantly escaping Kaitlyn's intelligence. (A/N: Comment your favorite flavor of fries for future purposes!)

I was stood up, ready to announce that I was going to the restroom when Kaitlyn frantically told (slapped) Vanessa that he was here. I was about to bolt off, Vanessa grabbed my arm in panic, stopping me from my glorious escape.

I turned around just in time to see Kenn, my ex. My eyes flashed to them, but they were gone. Like seriously out of sight.

It has litterally been five minutes since any of us said a word. I cleared my throat. I stood up to make a announcement. "This is a mistake." I declared. Hurt flashed through his eyes. I started to walk away when he grabbed my arm, eyes pleading. Three words made me stop in my tracks.

"I'm sorry Danica,"

Thank you for the votes in the last chapter, just to be clear, this story is full on Danica's POV and I might add a few chapters of other people's.
