Chapter 2

Connor's POV

"Nicola, this year is going to be a great year I just know it!" I said quite joyously, Nicola was still ignoring me after our fight at the party a few nights ago. I was the most popular boy in school and had all the best friends I could ask for.

Tyler: Sup babe, wanna get some coffee before school this morning, you know you want to.

I had absolutely no idea why he was calling me babe. I wasn't gay but those words just seemed to imprint on my mind at times.

Connor: Sure, can we invite the others as well?

I waited anxiously for a reply.
Nothing.
I put my phone down and resumed getting ready after my breakfast. I wondered why Tyler hadn't answered instantly but I can't let it get to my head. I styled my hair into my signature quiff like I usually did failing to get it to stay up. I thought how I would get Nicola to start talking to me again and why Tyler hadn't answered. I wondered if any new people were coming to school so I could make new friends. Suddenly my phone made that honking noise I had set it for when I got messages. I finished my hair and rushed out of the room to the bench where my phone remained. I picked it up and was shocked at what I saw.

Zoe: Connor hurry quick!!! Tyler collapsed at school and he's mumbling something about someone else. He's gone completely mad. Just get to school quickly!!!!

I rubbed my eyes in shock at what I had just read, what had actually happened and what was he mumbling about, I couldn't just leave my best friend to suffer so the thoughts were quickly pushed out of my head as I shoved my phone into my pocket, got into my car and sped to school.

Sorry my munchkins for making that so short but I will definitely make the next one longer. I have no explanation as to why it's so short but I guess I just need to have at least a few cliffhangers throughout my story. Cya munchkins next time.
