Chapter four

Tyler's POV

I woke up to the alarm informing me that it was time to get up and face the day ahead. I thought of troye, Zoe had told me some unbelievable things about him but I played it dumb with him as he might not want me to know. I strolled over to my chest of drawers and grabbed the outfit I had placed on top the night before and walked back to my bed. I didn't bother to have a shower as I had had one the night before, I got dressed and went to brush my teeth in the bathroom.

I left the bathroom and grabbed my school bag and slung it and left the room. I walked down where the boys and girls dorms meet and waited for Zoe. She turned up five minutes later, I was scrolling through my tumblr feed
"Hey ty!" She shouted, I jumped on the air
"Jesus! Zoe, chill" I laughed, we began to walk down the hallway to the cafeteria to grab breakfast

We strolled in the the cafeteria and grabbed our food, we sat down and Zoe turned to me
"So Tyler" Zoe began "how is things with troye" she raised an eyebrow
"We just talked yesterday, I didn't tell him what you told me though. I can't deal with what he might say" I said
"Ty, I'm sure troye wouldn't mind if you knew. After all we were best friends before" she replied
"I know, I know but ugh I don't know I just think he might treat me different know that I know." I said
"I'm positive that this wouldn't affect him, maybe he would like it more if you told him the truth" she responded
"Yeh I guess your right. Hey," I said "would you like to come with me"

We walked through the woods leading up to the fence. Zoe stayed behind a bush and we agreed she would come out of it later.
I waited for Troye by the fence and soon he came running up to the fence. He arrived speechless and held a finger up to me then flew to get over the fence.

He landed on the ground and said
"Hey Tyler, Hey Zoe" I looked at him speechless
"How did yo-" he stopped me, and Zoe came out from behind the trees
"I kinda sensed she was here, plus I could see her hair from up there" he pointed upwards.
Zoe ran to Troye and hugged him, he flung his arms around her neck
"I missed you" Zoe said into Troyes chest
"I missed you too. Zo" he replied
"TROYE!" Someone shouted over on the other side of the fence
"I need to hide" he said and dashed into the bushes, I looked at Zoe puzzled and she shrugged. Soon three figures appeared from the bushes shouting Troyes name. They looked menacingly evil. Another one approached from the faintly red smoke lingering in the air, the light realm had a faint white smoke. It was very faint and it just constantly covering the ground. It was quite inconvenient
"Oy," one of them shouted, I turned to look at them
"Er, yeh" I responded
"Have you seen a tall, skinny fag, who has gay hair"
Did they mean troye?
"No" Zoe said
"Ugh ok" they walked off muttering incoherent things
"Have they gone?" A voice said from the shadows
"Yeh"
"Okay" he walked out but he took my breath away. He had changed his appearance to look like a light
"Oh my, Troye. I thought I would never see you this way" Zoe gasped
"You, look amazing troye" I said
"Thanks, but..." He closed his eyes and a black light emitted from him and he changed back to a dark
"I think I like this better" I nodded
"So er Troye, who were they" I said
"No one of your concern" he said, I just hummed in response

"So I am assuming Zoe told you all about me" Troye said
"Yeh" I said scratching my neck
"So what do you wanna know" he said
I was thoroughly confused how wasn't he mad
"Um what exactly happened cause this really confuses me. Zoe tried to explain it but it just went over my head" I said
"Okay so let me start from the beginning" he said
"Me and Zoe were best friends but she was a popular and I was just the kid everyone knew as Zoe friend, I started to get sick of the scenario around me and I started to travel into the dark, and use the cloaking spell to turn into a dark,  this is before the fence was up, I got tattoos, in places no one would see them, then I got bored of hiding them and got a lip piercing. The council found out and put up a fence and sent me to the other side, my home, my family hates me for this but yeh, we don't care for family in dark" he looked over "there are no rules, no regulations. It's like I'm free, it's the best feeling in the world"
Zoe looked at him, teary eyed
"I miss you so much troye, it's not the same without you" troye looked over at her and have her a side hug. He squeezed her shoulder "I miss you too Zoe but I belong on this side. It's my home" she just  sighed and troye turned to me.
"Got what you wanted" I nodded
"So let's chat I need to know the gossip in light" he said

We talked for hours, about anything and everything, Zoe and troye bonded well and we told troye all about over here and he told us all about the dark side.

Eventually he had to leave so we bid farewell and watched him as he flew over. He walked away but stopped and turned back
"I'll see you again Zozeebo" he said
She smiled and nodded furiously "hell yes Troye" and he walked away. We walked back to my room.
"I can't believe I saw him again ty, we were best friends.  I thought I would never see him again" Zoe said and flopped on my bed
"It's amazing how out of all of the darks you found Troye" she continued
"It's great isn't it" I replied

Maybe this year will be better than I thought

Hi guys sorry this chapter took so long to update but I have been busy with school and I write a whole chapter almost and the next time I went on it deleted so that was annoying
