I have to hurry with these eggs because I have school at 7:30. I pull a pan out of the bottom cabinet while a couple roaches run out. I'm so use to them that I don't even get grossed out anymore. I just watch them run in different directions and continue to crack the eggs. I turned the stove on high so they would cook faster ran in my room to get dressed. I put on a pair of light blue skinny jeans and a blue Nike sweater with some black and blue nikes and ran back in the kitchen to finish the eggs. They were slightly burnt but who cares. I put on a plate and went in my mothers room, dropped the plate on her bed and ran out forgetting all about the tequila. I put my hair in a messy bun, grabbed my book bag and left for my bus stop. When I got to the bus stop I seen Roezelo and he made my day."Hi Zelo" I say. He is my best friend but I kind of want to be more. I want to tell him but I don't want to rt rejected and lose our friendship.

I was listening to music in when I looked up and seen Liana walking my way. She is the definition of beautiful. The way she smiles, her dark chocolate smooth skin, how she looks at me and everything. She is just perfect. "Hey Lola" I replied. We have nicknames for each other. Cute huh? I want to be with her, but she doesn't seem like she wants to be anything but my friend. I don't want her to reject me and then drop our friendship but I have to tell her eventually. I'll try to make a move now. "Liana". "Yesss Zelo" she replies. "I- I um" I feel so nervous all of a sudden. " You what " she says. "I uhh, I-I think y-you look beautiful today" I say looking away. That was a fucking fail and I am pissed. Thank god that the bus is right down the street. When the bus stopped, she looked at me and said "Thanks Roezelo, that means a lot to me ". I smile but wonder why she called me by my full name just now.
