    Hi. Well first off this is for those who struggle to get out of bed everyday. Those who hate them selves and the world. Those who suffer from any kind of mental illness. You are not alone. This is for those who think the world is amazing and perfect. This is for the teens that don't want to live to see their twenty's. For the people who feel they have no right to feel depressed because everything is good they aren't starving or dying. Your feelings don't need validation by the world. Just because someone else has it worse doesn't mean you don't have the right to feel bad. It's not you it is a mental illness and that doesn't make you any less of a person.  I right now am validating your feelings screw the rest of the world and society for saying it's not okay!
