ACT THREE scene 5
The scene moves to the City square.
Narrator :
Lord Capulet have decided to tell everyone in the city. A huge crowd has gathered to hear his speech.
Lord Capulet :
Oh at last! The winner is found! He will be the one marrying my beautiful daughter!
Lady Charvia :
*aside* Oh no I dont want to marry some unknown stranger! where are you and your great plan, Lady Hikaru?!
Stranger:
Oh people! I am the winner and the only one liable to have Lady Charvia as my wife! And Lord Capulet have made a promise to give me one wish!
Lord Capulet :
Oh yes thats right. what do you want with that one wish?
Stranger:
Oh, Lord Capulet, I have decided to use that wish to wish for three more wishes!
Lord Capulet :
Oh? I didn't realise that you can wish for more wishes too! As expected from you, a person intelligent enough to choose the right casket. okay! what do you wish for?
Stranger:
Oh people in the crowds, I want you all to be witnesses to my wishes. FIRST, I wish NOT to marry Lady Charvia!
*crowd gasp*
SECOND, I wish for Lord Capulet to be Lord Capulet for as long as he lives!
*crowd gasp louder*
THIRD, I wish for Lady Charvia to be able to choose whoever she wants to marry !
*crowd gasp even louder*
SO THAT'S MY WISHES!
Lord Capulet :
Oh my, as a gentleman, I will not break my promises! NOW ITSELF, I WILL GRANT YOUR WISHES!
You are officially not allowed to marry my daughter.
I officially am and will be Lord Capulet for as long as I live!
I officially removed the caskets out of my daughter's life and she would be allowed to choose whom she wants to marry!
Narrator :
the crowds cheered in agreement and support. Tears of happiness ran down Lady Charvia's cheeks.
Stranger :
Oh come with me quick to the back garden, Lady Charvia, I have to talk to you.
