Quinn's P.O.V
I slowly breathed in the sweet, fresh air of Spring. In about a week's time, Valentine's Day would be coming up and everyone was slowly preparing. In our school, everyone looks forward to Valentine's Day, we even celebrate it as a school holiday. I sauntered across the hallway freely like a bird out of its cage. Until I hit someone.
"Oh shit. Sorry Quinn," A familiar girl's voice rang in my ears.
"It's alright, Sara," I replied with a weak smile.
She was holding a heavy box of preparations and now I got a bit worried. If the impact was harder, the whole box would have toppled.
I scratched the back of my head with an awkward laugh. All she did was smile back at me with her pearly white teeth showing.
I let out a sigh.
She was the most perfect girl in class. Actually, why not the entire universe. She was pretty, kind, responsible, not only that helpful and nice. Even teachers would trust her any day. I envy her so much. While look at me, I'm just a girl with messy hair, kind-of hipster glasses and braces. More to add on, I was clumsy and pretty much a burden to everyone.
One day, I'd totally want to go in Senior Sara's footsteps. I would want to see how it looks like.
