Rachel point of view-
It was a normal start of the day. Makeup on, hair combed, dreams dead....Anyways!!!!! I walked to the little coffee shop. Rain starting to slowly come down from the dark, scary clouds. "Crap, I have no umbrella" I muttered.
I sat down at a tiny table. Soon, my coffee was brought to me. I slowly sipped the coffee as I looked out the window.
"You would think, because it rains so much here. People would be prepared with umbrellas" a voice behind me said. I turned around.
A boy, about 5"8, was peering over me. "I am ready for rain" I snapped. He laughed.
~~~~~RYDER'S POINT OF VEIW~~~
"No you aren't, you have no umbrella." I stated. She got up and stood right in front of me, giving me a frustrated look. "I have outsmarted you" I laughed.She grabbed her yellow hoodie, and stomped out of the coffee shop, into the rain.
I was going to go order a brownie when, I realized she left her house key. I picked it up and placed the key in my jean pocket. She must come back for it sometime and I'll be waiting for when she does.
3 hours later
I was starting to get impatient, coffee store chairs aren't the comfiest. When the girl walked through the door. She stomped all the way to the cash register.
~~~~~Rachel's point of view~~~~~~~
The young man at the cash register claimed "that guy in Beanie over there has your key"He pointed to the boy from earlier.
As I walked towards him. His smile turned into a smirk. I wanted to slap him. "Hello" he said. "My keys now" I demanded. This guy was pretty cocky, but there was something cute about his attitude.
"Let me walk you home, then you can get your key back" he said. I sighed, "can I get my keys back another way," I questioned unamused. He said no.
~~~~~~Ryder's point of view~~~~~~
"Fine you damn turtle" she groaned. "Turtle? That's new" I laughed. She punched my arm and we just walked out of the coffee shop.
"I live 8 minutes away walking" she let me know. I nodded and we walked in silence.
We stood in front of her house. "Keys?" She asked. I handed them to her. She started to open her white gate, "no questions on why I took your Key or why I wanted to walk you home?" I sighed. "No because I know I'll see you again" she winked, "my name is Rachel, by the way. Don't tell me yours till I see you again. It will ruin the fun."
So she didn't hate me? Girls confused me. I just walked to the coffee shop and drove home from there. The thought of her lingering in my mind.
