Just remember from the Princess and The Frog, you can make your dreams come true, but you've got to work towards it, sometimes that star needs a little help. So whatever your situation is remember that you can get through it, with just a little hard work!:)
Also, remember that the past is in the past. Think about Edna from The Incredibles, her motto is "I never look back darling, it distracts from the now." Whatever mistake you've made or the situation that has just happened it will pass and you'll learn from it, don't worry!
Even in Hercules, think about the struggles Hercules went through, he believed in himself and even though it wasn't easy, he was able to go the distance! You can go the distance too!:)
