Brianna's POV
"Lacey you have to come see this!" I yell in the phone. "Remember that cute guy who lives next door?" I ask her even though I know she didn't forget.
"Of course I remember him," she yelled back before saying "I'll be over in a min."
I daydream as I watch Blake wash his new car. He was shirtless and I could see his perfect abs.
The moment I started to study him, he looked up at me. I immediately look a different direction and from the corner of my eyes I swear I saw him laugh.
I go to sit on my bed waiting for Lacey to come. I swear she takes the longest time to get ready. I start to walk around and stand I front of the mirror. I'm still I'm my pajamas. I need to get changed.
I run into the bathroom and start to brush my teeth and comb my hair. I look back up at the mirror more closely and notice that I didn't wash my face last night. There is so much smeared makeup still left on my face. I then bring out my face wash, I scrub my face until all the makeup is off and I have a clean face.
I hear a ring and go downstairs. I look out the window and see its Lacey. I open the door and she jumps in.
"Thank goodness you opened the door," she said as look her up and down. "You're still in your pajamas too!" I say to her as she also looks me up and down. We laugh for a second before running up the stairs to get ready.
Once we're done getting ready she asks me if we can go to the mall. "Sure, do I look good?" I ask her. "Yeah, how about me?" She asks me. "Perfect, let's go."
We prepare each other before going outside, since Blake is still outside. Finally we walk out and strut to the car. Then drive off to the mall.
On the way there Lacey's boyfriend calls her. "Hello," she answers, "no I can't come over I'm going to the mall with Brianna. Yeah sorry but we're already on the way," Lacey tells him as she hangs up the phone.
I smile as I look over at her. This is why I love Lacey, she never ditches me.
