(A/N: The photo is real.

it was true that the Beatles have played with an Ouija board, mentioned by Mike McCartney, and they weren't playing it right! XD

This will be a spooky tale though, so enjoy!!)

Set in October, 1962

"Think it'll work?" Paul asked excitedly while rubbing his knees.

"Its a load of bollocks, 's what it is" John inhaled his cigarette and scoffed. "How do we know it'll even work?"

"Well, we don't. Jus' have to be hopeful, eh?" Paul winked at the skeptical man.

"Yeah, alright" John looked down at the board in front of his elbows. It was almost a copper brown and black with all the alphabet on it. There was some triangle-shaped thing laying on top with a small glass circle right in the middle.

"Was' that for?" John pointed at it.

"I dunno really" Paul frowned. "Guess we'll ask George n' Ringo when they get here"

"Bet the sods don't even know.."

"John, I thought you liked this stuff?" Paul furrowed his brows.

"I think we're jus' wasting our time. When me n' me mum played it..." John suddenly trailed off.

Ah, of course.. Paul thought

"...Nothing happened, 's all" John finished and sucked his cigar nervously.

"Nothin' happened?"

"No"

They sat in silence for a few minutes, in the McCartney household at a dinner table. It was dark and the tiny crackle of the candle was all that was left.

"Ya know, its said we can contact the dead. The supernatural" Paul spoke softly.

"We can't contact shit, Macca, and if ya think so, you needa get yer head out of yer arse."

Paul looked down sadly, scratching his head.

"I mean, I wasn't talking about you.." Paul mumbled.

The poor little bit thinks he can talk to his mum this way? John thought out of pity.

"Paul.."

The door suddenly burst open with George and Ringo running in.

"Sorry, sorry!" Ringo apologized.

"We hadda run all the way over here!"

Both lads took a seat, shrugging off their coats and scarves and staring at the board in the center of the table.
