P.S. I'm not sorry for who I killed off.

The risen Moon Pack ploughed between the werewolves and into the vampire's ring. Their bones glistened as they shredded flesh – the vampires slashed at their skeletal frames but they merely bounced back. The Moon Pack wouldn't stop unless all the vampires were abolished.

The flesh-wolves, the Royal Army, helped out the best they could. Even though some of them still went down, the wolves fought with every breath in their body. Thalia and Lorraine, two bright gold wolves, were fighting side by side before Thalia sprinted underneath a vampire about to kill one of her brethren, and leapt at another. Even with the advantage of the resurrected Lords and Ladies of the Moon, the vampires just kept appearing – there were still too many.

Queen Seraphina, in her glowing glory, slowly walked down the hill towards Buchannan's twitching stance. Vampires tried to attack her but other wolves ran to protect their Queen. With her golden locks fanning out behind her, cloak flapping about, the last living Priestess stood in front of her mortal enemy.

"Buchannan Blood." She whispered with quiet, trembling power. Her eyes still smoked as they locked with the Master Vampire's petrified but proud green.

"Seraphina Moon." He spat out each word as though it were poison in his mouth. The vampire swivelled, facing the Priestess completely – unafraid all of a sudden. "At your service." He mocked.

His enemy raised her chin in acceptance. "Good." She said, before stepping forward.

Seraphina's magic flashed as a wolf of darkness bounced off her side. The black beast snarled on the ground at her feet, her legs twitching. Their eyes shut tightly, she got up on all fours, and Seraphina felt fear hollow out her chest. She recognised this wolf.

"Raven..." She whispered as the wolf rose. Its head snapped back and forth, as though shaking that last trace of humanity out. When the wolf opened her eyes, Seraphina stumbled back. Raven's eyes were pure black, and also had smoke pouring out of the corners.

"Seraphina, meet my Reaper." Buchannan chuckled, quickly turning into a full-blown roar of manic laughter. The Master of the Vampires was almost wetting himself as Raven's Reaper Wolf stalked closer towards the Wolf Queen.

"Raven..." Seraphina started. "Raven he's manipulating you, I need you to shake off that grip."

Reaper's snarls grew intensely the more she talked. The pitch-black wolf was a creature from the shadows, her fur so obsidian, so dark, it reminded Seraphina of the darkness between the stars and the moon. The night glistened in Reaper's eyes, and the Priestess also saw something which terrified her.

Hunger.

Seraphina started to hyperventilate as Reaper's large form pounced. The Priestess, astonished by the speed of Buchannan's creation, defended herself – a force of power pushing the Reaper back. She was flung into a vampire, and Reaper carelessly pushed off him to sprint at Seraphina once again.

The Queen flung a streak of blue, the whip of magic at Reaper's cheek. Her flesh sizzled but it didn't stop her charge. Seraphina crouched and braced herself for Reaper's leap.
