In the books,Harry has green eyes,as does his mother Lily. But Daniel Radcliffe was allergic to contact lenses because of which he could wear them. So Lily also had blue eyes.
Until the eighth film,this rule was strictly followed.
BUT..
In the eighth film,when Harry is seeing Snape's memory,the eleven year old Lily has BROWN eyes.
