Chapter 5

"We're done!" Yoichi exclaimed.

I flashed him a thumbs up.

The sofa suddenly shrank down, I looked up and saw Mika smiling at me.

"Do you like idols' that much, Yu-chan?" He asked.

I felt myself blush as I desperately forced myself to look away.

Come on, turn your head back to the TV. You idiot ! Before he notices it and feel weird!

"Yu-chan?"

I blinked and finally turned my gaze back to the TV, "We-well, Shinoa wants to watch it so..." I mumbled.

"But, she already went to sleep." He said, "You don't have to deny it you know, Yu-chan."

"W-why are you calling me 'Yu-chan', by the way?!" I asked and looked at him again.

"I can't?" He asked, with puppy dog eyes.

"Well, I guess you can." I mumbled.

"Mika-san, it's late would you like to sleepover?" Yoichi asked.

I felt my ears perk up.

"If it isn't much of a trouble." Mika said.

Yoichi smiled, "Well, I guess you and Yu can sleep in our room then. I'll just go and sleep with Shinoa."

I just nodded in understanding and showed Mika my room.

"It isn't much because I don't want to decorate the room and this isn't my house, so I hope it's okay." I mumbled and opened the door.

"I love your curtains." Mika said.

My head snapped to my mint green curtains, "Yeah, it's cool. I bought it last year for myself."

Good thing Yoichi changed the curtains this morning. It was previously pink.

"Where will I be sleeping?" Mika asked shyly, glancing back and forth at the king sized bed.

"In the bed, of course." I said, "Do you want to sleep somewhere else? You don't want me to sleep with you?"

"N-no, it's fine. Just asking." He said and sat on the bean bag, "Do you sleep here with Yoichi?"

I nodded, "It's our room, after all." I answered while digging inside the cabinet for blankets since it was going to be a very cold night, with the airconditioner on max and rain's pouring hard outside.

"I found it." I whispered and grabbed the blankets, I turned around and yelped when I saw Mika standing in front of me with sad eyes.

When did he walk behind me?!

He pouted and averted his eyes, "Let me help you with that." He mumbled and took the blankets from my hands, after that he walked quietly towards the bed and hopped on it.

He rolled himself inside the blankets, sulkily as he do so.

"M-mika?" I called out, "Are you okay?"

He nodded, "It's coooooold." He whined and sat straight up, while looking seriously at me. "Yu-chan."

"What?"

"Hug me, please?"
