As you solve the simple sides to the game
Can you even begin to solve the millions of sides of my life?
Would you even want to try
To conquer the depths of my heart?
I know you're brave
A knight in shining armour
But no soldier,
So strong and admirable,
Has ever dared to venture that far into my life.
The demons there will scare you away,
Or worse, kill the light in your eyes.
I don't want to have to put you through that
I want to spare the life you still have
And I don't want to bring you
To the dark place where my heart lives.
