Manvi had been sulking since she got to know Virat was leaving for two weeks. She didn't talk to him straight. She would make all his favorite khaana but would not talk with him while eating. When he went to spend some time with her, she said she was busy. He wanted to take her out, before he left, again she refused. Virat was scratching his head. 'pagal ladki' he thought.

He was sitting outside with Rahul and studying. Manvi came to give them both coffee; they had been studying since a long time. She handed the cup to Rahul with a smile but placed Virat's cup on the table and left, ignoring him. "Manvi?" he called, but she had already left.

"Yaaar, yeh ladki bhi ajeeeb hai! teek se baaat karna bhi ajuba hai is ghar main" he was getting a little upset.

"yeh hi toh pyaaar hai mere bhai, stop looking and start feeling mere baccha. Abhi deekho Priya bhi ruti huvi hai, jab se patha chala ki main akela jaa raha hu. It's their way to deal with separation. I toh find it cute anyways..par'I know.. ki, tera toh kuch nahi hone wala hai..abhi main jaa raha hu, bohot hogaya padayi wadayi..biwi time now!" he said getting up.

"maan na padaga yaaar, tu ne Ph.d kar raki hai haan? biwi ke psychology main, par yeh woh nahi hai. Iska screw deela hai bas, aur kuch nahi" he himself was actually surprised that Manvi's ignoring him was really getting to him.

"I told u, already, tera kuch nahi ho sakta, tujh pe koi kitna bhi pyaar barsaye, tuje toh gobar hi lagne wala hai." He said while leaving.

"Ohh plz..jao bhai, only your wife can handle this pathetic sense of humor of your's..muje baksh do..plzz" Virat sent him off.

Deep inside, he knew Rahul was not completely wrong. She had been acting weird since he told him about his camp. 'Isi liye main yeh sab main padna hi nahi chahta' he made a funny face and went inside. She was folding the laundry; he went and started to help her. She snatched the shirt away and glared at him.

V: "Yaar, kya problem hai? Kyu aaise behave kar rahi ho?"
M: " aaise kaise?"
V: "teek se baat nahi kar sakti?"
M: "tum ne kiya, teek se baat? Pehli batha nahi sakte the ki ja rahe ho?"
V: "abhi kya farak padtha hai manvi, ki bataya hai ki nahi bataya hai, kuch change thodi hota." He said annoyed.

She threw the shirt at him angrily and went inside...he followed her "Manvi!!"

He managed to hold her hand and stop her. She looked away and her hair was covering her face "Chodu muje" she was trying to free her hand. He pushed her hair back, held her chin and made her face him. She was resisting and trying to look the other way. He forcefully turned her face, two small drops of tears were rolling down her cheek.

For a second, he felt so bad. How could he not understand her emotions?

"..Mannu baby, lo lahi hai?? " he talked funny trying to cheer her up.

She started hitting his chest softly and he ran away, she chased him all around the house. "Chodungi nahi tum ko aaj" Finally they both were so tired running like small kids that they collapsed on the opposite sides of the couch.

"yaar, roj aaise bagao muje, kya hai na aaj kal time nahi milta workout karne ka..isi bahane tum se daily dose ka ladayi aur workout, dono hojayega ." He laughed.

"Woh toh tab karungi na, jab tum yaha rahoge.." she said going back to her previous state folding her hands and pouting.

He smiled. He remembered how Rahul said he found the whole thing so cute, now he understood. He moved closer to her and put his arm around her.

"Manvi, main sirf doh hafton ke liye ja raha hoon, do saal ke liye nahi. I actually think it's a good thing, so much has happened between us, some time away from each other will give us space to process everything?
