I have come to the conclusion that everyone deals with loss differently. However, there is one rule of thumb. It is that you have to actually deal with it.
When I lost the person most important to me, I became someone else.
I have lost my mind to the people that have his blood on their hands. And I'm going to get it back after I make sure they go through the same hell that I went trough.
