Friends(?)

Eridan Ampora and Sollux Captor are very great friends. But would this friendship grow into something more "special"? Eridan a human about 19 years may or may not have loved his friend Sollux who is also the same age as Eridan. Eridan didn't know how to explain how he felt about Sollux. He didn't know if he love loved him or if he just liked him as a friend. But to Eridan, Sollux was one of those people where you look at them and can't help but to smile. But Eridan didn't always smile when he looked at Sollux. He had those nights where he would cut himself. He didn't want to it's just that he could not control himself. Ere where two voices saying "cut" and "don't cut" that's all they would say. When Eridan was at home he would be thinking those thoughts, but of course it was not very often but when it happened it would last a couple days. And I'm those couple of days he would not go to anyone's house, he would not text anyone, he wouldn't even leave his house, just because he didn't want anyone to see him like that. He was scared of what they would think. Sollux noticed how he was acting one day. How he would never come to his house or text him. He noticed that Eridan never smiled when he did come to his house, or he would never had enthusiasm when he texted him. So on that day when he noticed he texted Eridan,
SOL: hey ED. are you okay?
ERI: yea sol I'm totally fine.
SOL: don't liie to me. I'll a2k Agaiin. Are you okay?
ERI: like I said before I'm perfectly fine.
Sollux of corse didn't believe this so he headed for a walk to Eridans house. Once he got there he knocked on the door and waited a couple minuets. There was no answer so I knocked several more times and just eventually walked in. Eridan didn't live with anyone so he knew it was safe to walk in without anyone shouting at him. He searched the whole downstairs for Eridan but didn't find him. On Sollux's way up stairs he heard a someone crying from the bathroom. He knocked on the door and asked in a lispy voice, "hey ED, is that you in there? Are you okay?" Eridan tried to pull himself together and upended the door. Luckily Eridan didn't cut himself this time, instead he just cried. "Yea Sol. It's me. I'm fine," Eridan said trying not to cry. As he whipped the tears casually from his eyes. Sollux just stood there arms crossed and said "your not okay. I know you Eridan Ampora. Your lying. Tell me what's wrong, I'm here for whatever your going to say and you should know that by know. I have known you since we where 13," Eridan could not help himself but to hug Sollux and started to cry, "shhh it's okay ED," Sollux responded to Eridan as he cried in his shoulder. "Sol can I tell you something?" Eridan was ready to tell him but still crying so it made it more compacted to hear him. "ED did you not hear what I just said? Yes of course you can," Sollux tried his best to listen to Eridan. Eridan looked up from Sollux's shoulder which was harder because Eridan was taller and said "I-I-I-I-I" Eridan heisted on the words love you but he said it as best as he could, "I love you Sol" Sollux blushed and looked at Eridan. Sollux obesely had no idea how to reply. He never thought of Eridan like that. But Sollux thought for a moment and hugged Eridan again and whispered, "I love you to."
