I'm making a Halloween themed dragon, that has a mane, because manes are majestic af XD
Anyways, here are the rules~
1- NO STEALING ART!!! NO JUST NO!!! Just don't take someone else's art and make it your own, just no, it's wrong and illegal, but however if you got permission to use it and the artist is alright for you to use it (I MUST SEE PROOF!!! And I also doubt that artist will let you, I wouldn't)
2- be creative, I'm not judging by art skills, I'm judging by how creative you are with the art
3- include a name, gender, and bio for this character, I'll be judging on how creative you are with this too
4- traditional and digital entries are acceptable :3
5- You can change a few things in the character but NO major things
6- tag me in the comments so I can see it :3
So once I lined it and colored it, you guys can start!!! Remember, I'm not judging by artistic skills, I'm judging by creativity ^^
