Chapter 2

Madi's POV

Niall. He's so cute! He doesn't even know I like him. I wish he just understood. He was always laughing and playing around. He laughed every time I did. I like him a lot, but I don't want to ruin our friendship. I know he doesn't like me though. Sadly.

"Niall! You always go to the fridge!" I tell at him as he walks into the kitchen. "What do you expect me to do? You know me to well to even think about me just sitting on the couch when we get home!" Yes me and Niall live together. I. Just. Love. It.

Last time I checked it was 11:05 pm and I didn't worry about dinner. "I'm going to bed!" I yelled dragging myself up the stairs. "Ok! I'll be across the hall if you need me!" Niall yelled walking up the stairs. "That was my ear." I said playfully. "Ahhh!!!!" Niall screamed looking past me. "What?" I asked as I spun around looking up the stairs. There was the BIGGEST spider ever! "Kill it Niall!!!" I screamed rushing back down the stairs.

Niall, being afraid of spiders, told me to get a shoe. I was surprised in his reaction. His eyes were a deep but light blue. I could tell he was scared. "Niall, I'll kill it, you don't have to." I said reassuringly. "No, no, I've got it." He said in between whimpers.

I grabbed a shoe from the closet under the stairs. "Here!" I yelled to him, not wanting to walk all the way up the stairs again. "Thanks!" He yelled back. I heard a thump and heard Niall yelp. Oh gosh Niall!

"Did you kill it?" I asked him making my way slowly up the stairs. "Ummm, yeah I think so." He said creeping past where the shoe was laying.

"Ok let's just go to bed." Niall's sexy Irish accent came loose through the flat. "Hey, I'm scared there will be a spider in my room. Can I sleep with you tonight?" I asked him, my Irish accent flowing through my teeth. I was totally lying. "Sure. No problem, mate! We are best buds. So yeah!" He said YES!

I went to my bathroom to change into one of Niall's big t-shirts. I took off my makeup. Then I walked into his room. He was only in his boxers. OMG DUDE! SEXY IRISH LAD IN BOXERS!! "Ok," I yawn, "you ready to go to sleep?" I ask in my tired voice. "Rreeaa." He said meaning to say 'yeah' but it came out Scooby Doo style. he climbs in and pats the spot next to him. I don't hesitate getting in next to him.

He wraps his arms around my torso and brings my closer to him. I snuggle up close and go to sleep in his arms.

I woke up with his arms still wrapped around me. Except my t-shirt was on the ground beside the bed. 'Whoa dude what happened?' I thought to myself. Niall's eyes flutter open. "Good morning chic." He says looking sleepy.

I really like him. No hesitation. I just wish he felt the same way about me. It sucks knowing that I will never be able to be held in his arms, bride style, and kissing him while falling asleep. It felt so right last night. I  don't know what's gotten into me.

I called Abby at 3 and she didn't pick up. 'What's up with her today?' I asked myself. I tried again 2 or 3 hours later. She picked up. "What were you doing at 3? I tried to call you!" I half-screamed into the phone. "Hanging out with Mark, duh. I thought you knew." She said. "Dude! I didn't know you slept over with him!" I screamed into the phone. "Sorry. I figured I could bring my Markie over there to hang out with you and Niall." She answered. "Oh... Awkward." I said awkwardly. We hung up, but she texted me.

From: Crazy A$$: Hey can I still bring Mark over there?

To: Crazy A$$: Yea! Niall asked me to tell you to tell Mark to come over. He wants to play video games.

From: Crazy A$$: Ok! We'll be over in 10!

To: Crazy A$$: Ok.

First day of school, I hope Abby and I have the same schedule, like last year. I walk into my first period.. Athletics. I see Abby, Breezy, and Tyrea. "Hey!" I yelled over the crowd of people. "Hello!" Breezy yelled. I walk over and there was this cute boy. He looks like a new one. I swerve towards him, only to find out he's Niall Horan!

Omg! Act cool! I walk up to him and introduce myself. "Hi, I'm Madison. Madi for short. I can show you around if you'd like. "Sure. That'd be great. Where are my manners? I'm Niall Horan, from One Direction." He had the cutest little accent, so I knew it was him. I start to blush as his eyes scan over my body.
