Winter

"Winter... Never in my life had I never experienced such an amazing winter. I met you when I was nineteen, and at this point I was only past my eighteenth birthday. I have a question dear: what was the most amount of guys that liked you all at one time?"

"Umm... Four I believe."

"The girl I fell for, she had six including me. Funnily, I had met her before in Florrence. When Kate was in her time of struggle, I had talked to Arinne all about it, and she would listen and say things to help. To that, I was grateful for her advice. Even after seven to six years, she was still the same old Arinne."

"But I thought she was married to Spesner? Or are you Spenser right now?"

"I told you to not get jealous babe." Giorgio laughed. "Yeah, she's married to Spenser, and I am Giorgio. But there's a reason for everything."

"Spenser! Seriously..." Giorgio sighed as he shook his older brother awake. "The new student is going here."

"Do I care about the next wonder G?" Spenser asked as he yawned loudly. "He's probably just another rich kid. I mean, after all, the Seven Wonders are just basically the children of most richest and well-known families out in the world. You, me, Winter, Terence, Kaito and Shiro are from the most well-known of families. If there would be another person we would've known about it."

"Funnily enough, what happens if that he was a she?" A female voice had projected from the door. "Sorry I'm late. I'm Arinne Heartstone. I appreciate you call me a 'he' and unknown as well."

Arinne was a kind and cute girl. She was shorter than the twins and because of that, she looked cute. She always wore her glasses. Her hazelnut eyes glistened when the sun's ray was out and her brown hair would lighten to a dark blonde colour when touched by sunlight.

"Well... I didn't except a girl to be the seventh wonder."

"But here I am. Always expect the unexpected as they say?" She happily dropped her possessions onto the oak floor and looked around. "Where's the teacher? Where's the other four?"

"They're busy." Spenser said as he stood up. "We have no teacher. Being a Wonder doesn't also mean not being smart. There's nothing to learn so there's no point in having a teacher. We pretty much know everything there is to it."

"Really? No teachers?" Michelle asked.

"Yeah. Wonders were so smart that we don't need a teacher. We finished everything off last year so..."

"I'll go find the others..." She suggested.

"You know what?" Spenser said as he stood up. "I'll join you. I'm pretty bored of doing nothing."

"I don't need the company... Your name please?"

"Spesner Vence." He said as he bowed. "And here's Giorgio Vence."

"I don't need company Spenser."

"Who cares? I'm still going with you."

"Oh god. Inside I was laughing hard. Spenser hasn't liked a girl before, and looking at him then, he tried so hard trying to get her. He's always tease her and help her out whenever he could. He'd also annoy her. It was such a cute drama. Me and her, we were more like a tragic romance."

"Oh..." Arinne said as she was carrying an exceptionally large amount of books that covered her view.

"Here, I'll help." Giorgio said as he took the pile off her hands and started walking with her.

"Thanks..." Arinne blushed slightly.

"She held feelings for me. And I returned them if I only my brother didn't love her."

"Giorgio!" Spenser called out to him. "I'll hold'em for Arinne."

"I rather you didn't." She disagreed with his suggestion. "Let's move Giorgio."

As the two entered the room, it was sunset. Giorgio placed the books down and then looked at the door. As he nodded to Arinne, informing he was going to leave, the brunette held his wrist and pulled him slightly towards her. Looking at Arinne, pathetic green eyed male knew her intention. However, Giorgio turned his head to the side, a bit guilty of his decision. Arinne smiled happily and led him towards the centre of the room.

"Giorgio... There's been something I've been meaning to tell you."

"Me and my brother talked about it. He loved her more than anything. I saw it in his eyes as he talked to me. In addition... I knew I couldn't make her happy. We were opposites. It would've never worked. I spent so many moments with her, but I just knew that I wasn't the one. Although I knew my brother was right for her, even if the other Wonders were perfect for her too."

"So all six perfect guys liked this one girl?"

"Exactly. But we knew only one could have her, and didn't know who else liked her."

"What is it?" Giorgio asked.

"I... I know you knew me when we were kids. And, I remember all those moments now. I... I was always jealous of Kate, as she had such an amazing guy by her side. Even after all these years, my heart stayed the same. Your image was I graves in my head and I was searching where you could've been. Fate has granted me my wish, and now I've found you. What I'm trying to say Giorgio, I love you. Please, be mine."

"I would love to...." Giorgio rubbed his left arm. "But I can't accept your feelings."

Her eyes glowed, both by her tears and the sunlight. She looked down, causing her hair to cover her crumbling face, and then gripped Giorgio's arm. "W...why...? Did I do anything wrong...?"

"No-"

"Then why?!" She looked up with her eyes tearing up. "Am I not perfect enough? Am I not Kate? Is that why?!"

"No... Is just that..." Giorgio looked at the side again. "I just don't think we'll work. You're so different from me, and I think it's better if we're friends rather than lovers. Don't think you're not perfect, you are. But, I know I'm not the one for you."

"With that, I up and left the room. She stayed there, sad and depressed. My brother had hit me as I turned to the corridor. He said thanks, and told me that I was the only person who truly understood him. After that incident, Spenser spent more time with Arinne, and she avoided me. It was fine. I rather had my brother happy than myself. And I know Arinne is grateful that I declined her."

"... You're pretty stupid you know."

"Me? Why?"

"She was yours for the taking... Yeah, I know I shouldn't be saying it, but she liked you out of those six."

"I rather break her heart than making her realise her mistake with me."

"... Fair enough..."

"That's all four seasons... But you know, there's something that I almost forgot."
