Let's walk among the fire trees,
Only you and me,
The excessive warmth would have killed us, but our minds and bodies are linked,
It keeps us from dying,
Keeps us cold,
Yet we're dying inside,
The excessive warmth takes a twist,
And turns,
Excessive cold slowly consumes,
Fights are constant between us,
Our bodies and minds aren't linked,
The heat comes to take over,
We weaken,
We die,
And our story's told,
Let's walk among the fire trees,
In the land of the dead and beautiful.
